Residence confortevole e ben attrezzato. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Posizione ottimale in quanto abbastanza vicino al mare, a bar e ristoranti e un piccolo supermercato. Inoltre, al momento della prenotazione avevamo scelto di soggiornare in un monolocale, ma non avendo la disponibilità, al momento del nostro arrivo ci hanno sistemati in un bilocale allo stesso prezzo, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato!

La struttura è carina, anche l'appartamento ha praticamente tutto e I due balconi lo rendono luminoso. è comodo sia per chi va in vacanza e per chi come noi l'ha sfruttato come punto d'appoggio per gli eventi all'autodromo di Misano. Comodo anche in park sotto la struttura. L'unica pecca è che ci hanno chiesto 25 euro di pulizie finali per 3 giorni di soggiorno e da dire che ci eravamo portati sia lenzuola,asciugamani e non abbiamo toccato la cucina! Il prezzo del soggiorno era Buono l'abbiamo scelto anche per questo ma le pulizie sono una ladrata a questo punto conviene andare in albergo dove è compresa la colazione!

Siamo stati benissimo. I proprietari sono veramente cordiali e disponibili. Le stanze sono sufficientemente spaziose e dotate di numerosi confort: condizionatore, stendibiancheria, lavatrice, ecc. Non ci eravamo portati nè lenzuola, nè asciugamani perchè quando abbiamo prenotato, sul sito non era indicato che erano esclusi. Ma il disguido si è risolto subito grazie alla comprensione e gentilezza di Anna.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo e l'appartamento estremamente basico ma funzionale. Troppo rumore perchè posizionato su strada l'appartamento datoci.
