The location was perfect, the staff were very helpful and the rooms were reasonable. The air conditioning in our room was very noisey and the matrice was quite hard. |

aan een rustig gelegen straat, toch centraal en dichtbij belangrijke straat (via Nationale) waar veel bussen rijden. Goede comfort, fijne badkamer. Ontbijt is voldoende voor italiaanse begrippen, lekkere broodjes en conflakes, geen ei-gerechten. Geen zitje in de kamer, desondanks wel groot genoeg. Wij hadden rustige "buren"maar de kamers zijn wel wat gehorig, (past wel bij het gebouw). |

central location near via nazionale, high ceilings in rooms. age of hotel shows: old bathroom, crumbly walls, the 4 star part is only in the lobby, the rooms are not 4 star, night staff dont want to talk to you, it interrupts them watching youtube. |

Very spacious room. The reception's staff did their best to match our requests. Very rude, unprofessional, unfair staff at breakfast room. They were even unable to say hello or goodbye. |

Que esté situado en un antiguo convento y que guarde el encanto de su estilo original. La habitación en planta 2 queda muy grande por lo que haría falta completar más su mobiliario. |

La habitación (triple) era muy amplia. Estaba súper céntrico y se podía ir a todos los sitios turísticos de Roma caminando prácticamente. Los empleados de recepción eran súper amables, especialmente el de la noche, que además hablaba varios idiomas perfectos y nos recomendó un par de restaurantes.El bufet estaba bien: pastas de chocolate y crema, piña y melocotón en almibar, pan, embutido, tarta diferente cada día, zumo correcto, queso, yogur...El servicio de Internet era en recepción, super cómodo. Hemos ido a finales de noviembre y la calefacción estaba a tope. Pedimos que la bajaran, pero se ve que es central y no podían y tuvimos que dormir los 4 días con la ventana abierta, con el inconveniente de que así entraban mosquitos y el sonido de la fuente del patio interior (dos cosas que no nos hubieran molestado si no hubiéramos tenido que abrir la ventana). Los de la habitacion de al lado la tenían abierta también. Yo creo que en verano tiene que ser estupendo estar en este hotel. |

Ubicación, limpieza y amplitud de la habitación. La calefacción estaba muy alta y cuando fui a la recepción a pedir que me pusieran aire acondicionado dijeron que solo se ponía en verano. Fueron a arreglarla pero no pudieron asi que hacía un calor horrible, tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta todas las noches. En cuanto al desayuno pobre para ser un cuatro estrellas |

Muito bom hotel. os quartos são muito espaçosos com uma pequena sala de apoio. Funcionários muito prestáveis. A estação de metro mais próxima é a de Republica e o percurso a pé para lá chegar é muito melhor do que para Barberini. A estação de Termini é bastante mais longe. O ar condicionado não funcionava no frio. |

Muy bien ubicado, realmente es un palacio restaurado en hotel, en la segunda planta unos techos impresionantes. En nuestra habitación de la primera planta hacía un calor importante sin la calefacción puesta. |
