Sehr zentral gelegen, trotzdem recht ruhig, gute Erreichbarkeit öffentl. Verkehr. Kompetentes, bemühtes ,zuvorkommendes Personal in der Rezeption. Ansprechende Zimmer.

Frühstück ist halt " typisch italienisch". Etwas besseres Brot wäre wünschenswert.

Sehr gute Lage. Ruhig und zentral. Ein ganz korrektes Frühstück.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war etwas kärglich. Es gab jeden Tag den gleichen Käse und gekochten Schinken und keinerlei Wurst. Am Abreisetag gingen wir erst um 9 Uhr 30 frühstücken. Bereits gegen 9 Uhr 45 gab es keine Brötchen mehr, obwohl Frühstück bis 10 Uhr 30 angegeben war.

Die Lage

Es ist sehr zentral, Besichtigungen kann man zu Fuß vom Hotel aus machen. Garage für Auto ist gleich um die Ecke.

Das Hotel hat eigentlich kein Familienzimmer, sondern Schlafhallencharakter. Weiters gab es nur einen kleinen Fernseher, wo kein Mensch etwas vom Bett aus sehen konnte. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein.

Excellent service from all the staff. Good breakfast choice. Good value for money.

The position of our room at the front of the hotel overlooked a main road which meant there was horrendous noise from the traffic below.

Great location, spacious clean rooms, good breakfast, great service.

My significant other and I were pleased with the location of the hotel as it was close to the train station. However, that was about the only redeeming quality of this hotel.

I would have to say that my partner and I were extremely turned off by the hotel staff during our stay. They were very unhelpful with recommendations for authentic places to eat, and one man in particular was fairly rude to me when I asked for a good place to eat pizza. I got a sense that they seemed annoyed with our questions. If it weren't for that, I'd be able to give this hotel a better rating.

Internet coverage and speed. It was a headache everytime I need to connect for downloading emails or surfing the web. I strongly recommend hotel has to invest more in IT infrastructure (more and better access points) or deploying a LAN with cables running to every room in order to ensure connectivity.

Good location, close to Termini Station and main sites in Rome. Friendly staff. Quite rooms and pretty setting around a central courtyard and water feature.

Wifi access wasn't very good.

Luke warm shower and very uncomfortable beds

Convenient location, close to main train station, metro, bus, shopping street and a walking distance to spanish stairs, fontain trevi and capitol. Very good breakfast, spacious appartment, well equiped and cosy style. Mini market right at the entrance.

A bit tired look, more 3* tourist. We had appartment for 6 people, 2 rooms but only one combined toilet with shower, so for such number of people it is inconvenient, all build in a row, so u get from one room to the other and than at the end to bathroom!....There is also a strange smell in the hotel.

Just the location

We were given rooms on the second floor, And there was no elevator in our part of the hotel. At the reception nobody asked us if we had problems with that. Our objections were met with words - 'its quite there'. Our room was indeed facing the 'inside plaza' of the hotel, BUT on saturday without notice there was held a loud party. Till 2345 PM. And above all that - was the smell in the room. The hotel staff used an awfull substance for room cleaning.

Not much. Location was ok. Staff not that helpful. Definately no where near a 4 star hotel. They do not have the facilities, service, clenliness. Breakfast was ok

Rooms were very basic. Staff where very poor. Cleanliness was poor. We had to ask for our bins in room to be emptied since they were overflowing and not cleaned as part of daily cleaning. Internet did not work and kept dropping out. Hotel needed general update and refurbishment. No room service. No room to room dialing. In the website it stated that they had a gym. There was no gym, there was an old bike outside the elevator. Felt much more like a 2.5 star serviced apartment than a hotel.

The location was perfect for walking to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and not too far from the Ancient Roma area as well. Well situated for busses and the underground.

There was a problem with the hot water due to road workers disrupting the gas lines and this was not communicated until we tried to have a shower. It would be better if the desk staff informed all guests as they returned or placed a notice in each room.

I paid extrav for room in event we had to cancel since we are seniors. They put us in a tiny room and with my complaint they then put us in a larger room but I really did not think that the desk managers were very nice to us although they did answer questions. They were a bit condescending.

Poor accommodation, needs updating.

Friendliness/helpfulness of staff - We were provided with a map of the city on arrival and given information on all the places to visit. The central location is excellent so that virtually everything to see was within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants close by. A Spar mini market about 1-2 minute walk away. If you don't fancy eating Italian then there's a McDonalds also about 1 minute away. The bus station 'termini' where we were dropped off from the airport is also only about 10 minutes walk. Stayed in room 403 which was spacious and clean. It overlooked the front but we experienced no noise problems as we slept with the double glazing windows closed with the air con on. There was also a fan to use if required. Bedding was very clean. Didn't use the tv as we were not there to watch tv!

There was a kitchenette in the room with several pots and pans / utensils. It would have been nice to have had a kettle and tea/coffee in the room. We got around this by buying some coffee and milk from the spar and boiling water in a saucepan. A fridge is provided which had a plentiful stock of beer, coke, water etc

Very large room, especially for european standards. Patio was beautiful and spacious. Room also had a kitchenette which can be helpfull for some. Location of hotel is near metro and main sites such as trevi fountain.

There was not one good thing I could say about this hotel

We chose a superior double room ????? There was nothing superior about this room or any part of the hotel ,it is all very tatty and worn out,a bit like the staff ,the courtyard ,the breakfast ,the bed, the bathroom, The only aspect that could be described as superior is the price So never again ....Oh and dont be fooled by the photo,s The photographer must have spent days airbrushing these pic,s and sqeezing himself and his enormous zoom lens into the smallest corners of the room,s ....no wonder every guest at the pittiful breakfast room looked so miserable ...my opinion ..oversold and over priced .

Receptionist was very very very helpful,she set us in the right direction,so that we maximized our short stay,ready with map in hand and guiding us down the right path, Centraly located to walk aound and take in Rome

Hard to work the TV sets

This hotel is ideally located for all the major sites in Rome-most in walking distance. The room and beds comfortable although maybe not 4 star, but for the price we paid I thought it was absolutely fine. The breakfast was plentiful and staff , particularly Valentina on reception, were very helpful. Only one slight niggle - would have been nice if it had been made clear at check-in that we still had to pay the city tax - had to scrabble around to find 48 euros when we checked out. But all in all, wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Sorry - see above - just didn't realize we still had to pay the city tax. Otherwise no complaints.

The breakfast was very good and the hotel rooms were very big. Nice court yard in centre of building.

Wireless internet speed was very slow. Fire alarm went off a couple of times during our stay due to guests cooking/smoking in their rooms.

We do not rate this hotel as 4 star The general condition of the Hotel and room is dirty We would not recommend this Hotel to friends It is time Hotels in Europe had similar rating to other locations in the world
