The total overall price was good for a family of 5. Staff... In spite of the best practice that driver should check online information for the flight expected real time, it might become your problem that driver does not arrive to meet your at airport at the real landing time. Moreover - you will be asked to pay for this "fault". All they could say was that you should inform their driver that your flight might be late or earlier (our case)! I have worked in hotel for a year and do travel a lot, I would say this was a very dirty move from their side. Customer is not the most welcome thing here? You don't get the service and you also have to pay for it. You can get any taxi for 5 people from airport to this hotel for 20-25 eur even 5day evening, without any problem. There was no antenna for tv! |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was perfect for what we required, a one night stop over near to the airport. The chinese restaurant opposite was very nice and cheap too! |

The apartment was spacious and clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was very good. We wanted a one night stop-over on the way to a wedding and this was perfect. There didn't seem to be many restaurants and bars in the area. |

Close to the hotel is China restourant. That was really good value for money :) There was no posibillity even to boil the water in the apartment. There was no also any cups or plates. So eating just outside the apartment. |

We stayed in an appartment for 5 people. It was simple but clean and a good choice for a one night stay. The man in the reception was very nice and helpful and he spoke excellent english. The hotel also provided a safe parking lot. The pizzashop on the other side of the road was good too. The only thing that didn't satisfy us was the breakfast. We came to the breakfast room about half an hour before closing and then there weren't bread for all of us and they were out of cheese and ham. In the end we all had our breakfast but it could be better organized. |

Excellent accommodation, friendly and helpful staff. Ideal for overnight stay for early morning flight from nearby airport. The food provided breakfast was not great, although at the price we paid we were surprised that breakfast was included. |

Clean spacious seperate rooms, friendly helpful + informative staff and good selection of foods at breakfast. Not sure about the 4* rating? We arrived late evening and had a short stroll down the main street and felt a bit uneasy due to the various ladies of the night etc. Travelled on after breakfast next day as planned. |

Good value for money. We had a nice appartment for the 5 of us with 2 seperate bedrooms. Parking reservation proved to be not really necessarry, place enough. location is in a industrial zone, but only a few minutes away from the nice centre with a car |

the appartments we've been staying were big enough and clean.The breakfast was very good. the refrigerator we had, wasn't keeping the water cold, and our frieds who were living next door didn't have a refrigerator at all. |

Very friendly staff and a nice room with balcony. Clean room and space for a bigger family too. We could easily stayed there longer time than just one night. Good location outside Bergamo if you have a car. No fridge in room. |

Good location for an overnight stay near Bergamo airport. Large clean rooms, nice bathroom, friendly staff. Located in suburbs but quiet and safe. Our booked room type was not available but they offered a good solution that satisfied everyone. |

The arrangement of the apartment was excellent for a family. The breakfast was good and the general ambiance in the foyer was excellent. No. It was excellent. We would have liked to say longer but we were travelling on to other parts of Italy. A discount for more than one night will be a great incentive. |
