Residence Eden  

We chose Residence Eden due to its proximity to a train station - there is one just five minutes away. We were also keen to visit lots of different towns / cities and Residence Eden is two hours or less away from Venice, Milan and Verona, the village of Pechiara Del Garda appealed as it looked so lovely in our research and we weren't let down. The surroundings were lovely as were the grounds of the Parc Hotel next door. Our two younger children also enjoyed playing on the swings etc and in the sand pit. An added bonus was that we were able to use the indoor pool at the nearby Parc Hotel - we stayed during October so the outdoor pools didn't seem that appealing!!!

We didn't dislike anything strongly although if I'm being hyper critical we would have preferred duvets to quite tired blankets - we took our own bedding (duvet covers, pillow cases and sheets) expecting duvets. My only other comment would that the facilities within the apartment were very basic with just a hob - a microwave or an oven would have been most appreciated!

The best thing about Residence Eden is the fact that from there you have a fast and easy access (by car!) to such places/cities as: Venice, Verone, Milan, Bergamo, Bardolino, theme parcs... Maximum 1,5h way. The receptionist speaks at least three languages (english, french and of course german -like everybody else at this side of Garda Lake :) As for the cleaning the apartment after yourself - it's not a big deal, just better to bring some detergents with you insted of byuing them in their Minimarket. And don't forget your own towels and bed linens - it will allow you to save the money (the deposit).

The bigest disadventage is that you can't find the Resort (the address) on gps and the advise to look for "Localita Paradiso" Street doesn't really help cause it's recently "built" and even the newest maps don't have it in their memory. They have a diferent type of sockets in Italy, so if you need to use E.G. your laptop right after your arrival, don't forget to ask for an adapter at the reception, which (by the way) is open only until 18h00, so I advise you not to come after opening hours or late at night (the gate from other side than "Localita Paradiso" stays closed for night from 22h00 till 06h00).

Ottomo per famiglie immerso nel verde con piscina...

Impossibile arrivarci ....... neanche il navigatore trovava l'indirizzo indicato da loro......poi dopo circa un ora l'abbiamo trovato!!!

Pulizia e aspetto gradevole all'entrata!!!! Ottimo soggiorno!!!

Posizione ottima x visitare I vicini parchi a tema, pulito, economico. Immerso nel verde, ottimo d'estate x le tante piscine a disposizione anche x bambini. Bella la piscina coperta dove ci siamo rilassati nel centro benessere... Consigliatissimo x famiglie con bimbi anche piccoli e animali, il nostro cagnolino si divertito un sacco!

Hübsche Zimmer und eine schöne Anlage

Appartamento di recente costruzione ambienti "freddi" ma puliti.

Poca disponibilità alla reception a risolvere I problemi..e mancanze della struttura...forchette avute dopo 2 giorni coltelli uguale nonostante avessimo compilato il modulo fornito da loro.

- Kostenfreies Nutzen der Freizeiteinrichtungen wie Sauna, Pool, Kraftraum ect. - großzügig angelegt mit toller Lage auf einem Hügel

- Mehrtägig keine Reinigung des Poolbereichs - Schlafsofa zum Schlafen ungeeignet - Anlage schwer zu finden

Allasalue oli hyvä, vaikka emme päässeet nauttimaan siitä kylmän sään vuoksi.

Lämmin vesi ei tullut kunnolla. Ensin tuli pitkään kylmää ja sit tulikuumaa ja sit taas ihan kylmää.
