the staff were most helpful and very friendly. the hotel and location was perfect for what i wanted for the vacation. i would not recommend Anzio for pedestrian tourists,due to lack of public transport,but my stay in casa vacance elliante was superb. no taxi service in Anzio

Недалеко от Рима, красивая вилла, шикарный вид на море. В 10 минутах ходьбы отличный местный магазинчик, с вкуснейшими сырами, со свежеиспеченным хлебом. Вилла красивая, но номера требуют кап.ремонта. В номерах нет чайников, постельное белье поменяли после напоминания через 7 дней, про полотенца тоже забыли.

Fantastiskt läge! Fin utsikt. Nära stranden. Hiss finns direkt ner till stranden. Perfekt boende med småbarn och även för andra! Svårt att kommunicera då personalen inte kan engelska. Handdukar ingick inte i priset för rummet.

Sicuramente il panorama, esci dalla camera ed hai una vista stupenda sul mare. A bilanciare il panorama stupendo c'è da dire che la zona è abbastanza morta e carente di esercizi commerciali, necessita l'auto per muoversi.

la ubicacion es buena la ubicacion en la playa Que no esta identificado con claridad,sobretodo si se arriva de noche. La Sra de la recepcion muy antipatica,solo le interesaba cobrar. No dan toallas y las cobran 8E cada una,cosa que no especifican en las caracteristicas del hotel.

Rummet/lägenhetens storlek, stor altan mot havet. Bra köksutrustning för den son vill stanna längre. Ingen frukost serveras, anläggningen är egentligen ett lägenhetshotell så gästerna förväntas klara sig själva

Struttura incantevole con una meravigliosa vista mare! Monolocale piccolo ma caloroso e fornito di tutto il necessario (tranne le "stanze" senza cucinino). Personale gentile che all'occorrenza permette anche di scegliere la stanza. Un po' distante dal porto di Anzio ed il posto un po' isolato.

Couldn't fault the apartment. We were a family of 4 and the apartment had a great wrap around balcony right over the beach. The kids beds were separated from our bedroom by a door. Basic cooking facilities - no oven but a hob and utensils. Being British we could have done with a kettle but used a pan to boil water so that was fine. The people were friendly and helpful even with the language barrier and we found the place clean. Location elevated over the beach was good as all we could hear was the sound of sea - no traffic noise so had great sleep every night. The only thing I would say is next time we would hire a car as the area isn't suitable for pedestrians. Sometimes no pavements and the Italian driving is fast so that was a worry especially with young kids. Every day we walked to the train station uphill and that takes about 20- 30 minutes. We went in April and buses were rare. That's not the hotel's fault though!
