lekker rustig, niet alle appartementen bezet in de herfstvakantie. Erg gemoedelijke sfeer, erg vriendelijk personeel. Prachtig gelegen appartementen op een van de mooiste kustplekjes van (zuid) Italie. Bij mooi warm weer zijn de appartementen ruim genoeg vanwege het buitenterras. Bij kouder/slechter weer is de binnen zit ruimte erg beperkt.

Appartement spacieux avec terrasse .Navette pour rejoindre la plage.Amabilité du personnel .Bonne cuisine. Bon rapport qualité/prix Très difficile à trouver : les gens connaissent le nom Groticelle mais pas résidence Esmeraldo

Très bon séjour en général Mais attention aux moustiques communs et tigrés qui sont également de la partie, et ce toute la journée, avide de sang nouveau, particulièrement autour de la piscine. Prévoir antimoustique tropical !!

nous sommes partis en couple pour la 1ere fois en calabre et avons sejourné 11 nuits à la residence esmeraldo du 17au 28 septembre 2012 nous avons ete agréablement surpris par notre appartement situé au dernier etage vue sur la mer et les alentours decor magnifique . la plage est super la mer est claire appartement bien equipé et spacieux et surtout une grande terrasse la vegetation autour de la residence etait magnifique une profusion de fleurs l'hotel groticelle attenant n'est pas mal non plus mais il vaut mieux prendre un appart dans la residence un merci tout particulier à FRANCESCO pour son amabilité si vous voulez de l'animation peut etre vaut il mieux y aller en juillet aout

La posizione indubbiamente in mezzo al verde e poco distante da una spiaggia meravigliosa Nulla di rilevante, certo ci sarà di meglio ma un buon compromesso all'altezza delle mie aspettative

Läget är bra. lugnt och nära havet. bar o resturanger i närheten. Trevlig personal. Har bott på esmeraldo en gång förrut o vi tänker återkomma. Ganska brant backe till strand o centrum. jobbigt om man har svårt att gå. finns dock en shuttelservice vissa tider till och från stranden.

Freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Sehr schöne, gepflegte Anlage. Tolle Vegetation. Schwimmbad und Tenniscourt vorhanden. Gebiet mit vielen Mücken, daher wären Fenstergitter angebracht. Keine Pfanne im Appartement.

ottima posizione rispetto alla spiaggia con eccellente servizio navetta buona cucina e disponibilità dello staff della reception a ogni richiesta al momento dell'arrivo ci è stata data la possibilità di scegliere tra due appartamenti mancanza dell'aria condizionata

personale reception, posizione prezzi da resort ... servizi pessimi !!! manutenzione zero !!! si paga profumatamente la tessera club ma se vuoi andare in spiaggia ti tocca pagare sdraio ed ombrellone !!! vuoi fare una partitina a tennis? portati le palline !!!! come dire c'è la piscina ma l'acqua per riempirla la portate voi !!!!! solo 4ragazzi per l ' animazione...

la natura e il la spiaggia. l'appartamento ottima posizione panoramica però trascurato sopratutto il bagno (vecchio e trasandato) inoltre sembrava non pulito al nostro arrivo.

La posizione del residence Piscina poco pulita e senza sorveglianza. Camere senza aria condizionata. Tessera per usufruire della navetta per giungere alla spiaggia e per usufruire del servizio di animazione (peraltro nemmeno presente in Agosto) da pagare obbligatoriamente in loco. Non è stata rilasciata ricevuta o fattura, tipica consuetudine di tutti i locali commerciali e attività in Calabria.

L'unica cosa decente forse è la piscina. Qualcosa....diciamo tutto!! Grazie per avere rovinato l unica settimana di vacanze dopo un anno! Iniziamo con la gente che frequenta questo posto.. Famiglie con bambini o gruppi , bambini che piangono dalla mattina alla sera gente che urla anche di notte, nessuna regola ,vita notturna pari a 0 animazione inestitente ,mare lontano con navetta scomoda, appartamento da 1000 euro x 7 giorni senza tv , biancheria tutta, carta ,aria condizionata e caffettiera!! Praticamente vuoto senza nessun servizio...tessera club a pagamento lettini ombrellone a pagamento servizi scarsissimi e doccia fredda al mare a pagamento...non parliamo del ristorante...per finire caldo ,zanzare e polvere...

Le dimensioni dell'appartamento e la posizione Manca aria condizionata, l'obbligo di acquistare una tessera che non abbiamo mai utilizzato, la mancanza di informazioni sul fatto che mancassero lenzuola e asciugamani e abbiamo dovuto noleggiarli in loco a prezzi esorbitanti.

месторасположение. веселая анимация (но на итальянском :)). бесплатный трансфер до пляжа и поезда.сосбвенные лежаки и зонтик (но не афишируют) забыли предупредить сайт Booking и нас, о том что белье и полотенца в стоимость не входят и уборка (в том числе вынос мусора) не производится.

De ligging van het appartement met zicht op zee, rustig, geen doorgaand verkeer. Te weinig materiaal voor te koken en huishoudgerief in het algemeen, had er zelf niet teveel last van vermits we veel gingen uiteten. Ik kan me wel voorstellen dat er families last van hebben .

Ho apprezzato la posizione e l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. L'appartamento era comodo, pulito e confortevole con un'ampia terrazza su cui da cui si poteva cenare godendo di una splendida vista sul mare. Mi è piaciuta molto la spiaggia di Grotticelle, bellissima, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi o con il servizio navetta. Ho gradito inoltre la presenza di parcheggio, proprio sotto casa, dei servizi offerti( piccolo supermercato, piscina, bar..) e, soprattutto, della tranquillità del luogo. L'unica cosa fastidiosa sono state le zanzare, problema risolto con insetticidi e fornelletti elettrici repellenti.
