Hotel suitable for our purpose(we came for the Viarregio Carnival ), good breakfast, good restaurant.

The rooms were large, well appointed and clean. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were welcoming and helpful.

We had an apartment room however there was no dishcloth, tea-towel or detergent. Wi-fi only works in reception which is inconvenient. The hotel has no parking facilities and you have to park streets away when the town is busy.

Very central to Viareggio. Room was clean although on the small side. Staff were very helpful

We were upgraded to a suite. What more can one say? Two large room,separate bathroom. There was no view. Breakfast was very good and sumptious even though in November there were only a few of us present. Lots of shopping nearby and main town is 1 km away.

Only wired internet in room so we had to go to reception or the restaurant to use the ipad. However, reception is on the Grand Hotel style and so there is lots of room to relax and work if necessary or even skype without disturbing others. No real parking outside the hotel. There are a few spots but usually one has to pay Euro 6 to the hotel who provide a sticker for the car for 24 hours. It might be a problem in the summer to find a place to park.

We liked in hotel practically everything, difficult to say, what was not good. Nice smell, good and clean rooms, very good breakfasr, beautiful reception and hall area, nearest beach is free and only 50 meters from hotel, good price, they had for us home dresses and nice shoes, shower kit, even shaving kit and tothpaste for people who could forget it at home! More than good for 4**** hotel!

wow, whats not to like about this place, from when you first arrive to the beautiful art deco hotel, the staff are very friendly, and once checked in they offered to get someone to take our luggage(cabin bags) to our room, which we politley declined. We were told of all the facilities available to us, we also got an 'upgrade' from a room to an apartment, cool. We utilised the bar and had the local appretif, (Aperol spritz) and the barman was very helpful in letting us 'try' some local specialities. We only stayed the one night, and breakfast buffet was nice and in very pleasant dining room. We even went back when were staying somewhere esls in Viareggio to hire their bikes, which they let us even though we were not guests at the time.

Location: its at the end of the main strip in Viareggio, so about a €10 taxi from the station. Thats it!!!

Very good personnel. Free upgrade to apartments instead of double room was a good surprise.

While the location was great for touring the area it was the cleanliness and the standard of accomodation that really suited our group. The apartments were very very good and were so spacious and clean. We booked these rooms early in the year and got a great price. We found the staff very friendly and nothing was a problem for them. Wi-fi was really only available in the Reception area, this suited me fine as I was on holiday but if you needed to be connected on a full time basis then this would have been a problem.

It was just slightly out of the area we wanted to be in, would have liked to be closer the train station and bus station. Also the standard of food on the night we dined in was not as good as we expected.

Hotel located very closed to the beach and restaurnats. Clean & and comfortable. Nice appartament/ two rooms. Cleaning service do the job every day.

No wireless in the room. Parking not included in the price for the hotel/ extra price: 6 EUR-per day.

The location was fantastic just across the road from the beach! The staff wee excellent extremely helpful & friendly! The room was v comfortable a tad small but managed perfectly well! The hotel was spotless at all times clean sheets & towels daily! Most enjoyable stay!

Meager breakfast, bad pool view, not an ideal cleaning, far from the center.

Free wifi in the lobby. Breakfast was ok but not super.

Our assigned room was horrible. The bathroom was so small you couldn`t even sit properly on the toilet. After 3 days of complaining we finally got another room which was much better. Wifi in the rooms was not available. All together was the hotel overpriced.

Nice location, close to the beach. Large family room. Breakfast above average. Kids corner made the children happy.

Boring view and the room was simple and gloomy decorated.

Lovely hotel. Modern rooms. Excellent staff. Good food. Very enjoyable time had by all our family.
