If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

The staff were very friendly which made a massive difference to us. The pool was clean as was the apartment. It was a very pleasant stay. The reception hours were quite limited and there was a bulb gone on one of the outside lamps, outside building 1. Also a kettle would have been great. |

It was hard to find the hotel because there is more than one location, and this hotel is’nt shown on Booking.com. New equipped kitchen. We were not able to cook anything. |

Nice Beach near to the hotel 1) Very, very, very noisy.. Have never ever had such an exparance being in the other buildings.. ou can even hear your neighbour snoring, I am not telling about the other things. 2)Pool is closed after 7 o'clock, which as we thought is a bit to early 3)Room cleaning should be offered a bit more often.. The same as a bed linen, towels.. We stayed for 7 days and had not even once cleaned room/ changed staff. |

Close to the beach, nice pool, close to the airport, clean rooms, the balkon´was okay. It seems like it was closed. the garden was not fixed. the kitchen had many needs, the was no kettle, no sharp knife.... the bathroom was all wet because the certain no was long enough. the receptionist was not kinly to us tourists. |

The accommodation is well laid out. Provision of utensils, linen, towels, etc., is adequate Some minor maintenance wouldn't go amiss. A kettle would be useful, as would a microwave in lieu of an oven. Details of local transport would be useful. How do they justify 45 euros for a taxi from the airport? |

Good location near to beach / local bars - accomodation clean but very basic - no oven, only a hob and very little equipment for cooking, not even a kettle - not much in way of comfortable seating - bathroom not too good |

The friendly staff. The clean apartment. Staff co operation in moving us to a more suitable apartment. No kettle. No instructions or information about apartment as we arrived when office was closed. No supermarket nearby. The lock in our door was faulty and very hard to open. No staff monitoring the poolside. (one group were drinking beer and wine midday and broke a glass bottle at the poolside!). The bathroom window fell off when opened, potentially very dangerous. |

Excellent location near the beach and Alghero.We stayed at these apartments last eyar for a week and liked them so much we went there agian this year, which is a very rare thing for us to do. |

The location was very fine, and the pool area as well as the sourrandings were well kept. I found it a problem that we could not receive things like toilet paper and fresh towels after the first day.If the recervation had been for a week then I would find this Okay ( with the towels, I would stil suspekt that I could get toilet paper). But when I pay by the day, and pay the same day 1 as day 6, I would suspekt close to the same service day 1 and 6 ! |

The pool was regularly cleaned and the kids loved it, also the people we met were great, but had we not met such nice people we would have moved out. Although the room was clean on arrival, there was no cleanng carried out during a 7 night stay - was very basic. You do need clean sheets and towels at least once during a 7 night stay. There were bins and rubbish close to pool, grounds not tended too well - has great potential but wasnt even close |

This is a fab little place, across the road from the beach about 40 mins walk into Alghero proper. The apartments are spacious, clean, and basically furnished, though you will need to buy washing up liquid etc. Reception staff were helpful and recommended fantastic restaurants within a few metres of the hotel, booked taxis, provided extra towels etc etc. Reception opening hours were somewhat erratic on the days when people were not arriving or departing and beach towels were not available. |
