Hotel is closed to the highway but not so noisy inside the room. Most of The staffs are very friendly. If you come here by car, everything is convinient. But if you want to come to the hotel by foot, it is a littile difficult to find it and along the road there are so many cars.

Modern style (I.E. ikea Furniture style). The small hotel is comfortable and clean. It's a good option for young couples caring about budget but I wouldn't recommend it for senior couples or families without car because to access to the hotel from the subway you need to cross a motorway entrance..! It is dangerous indeed on rush hours but not too bad the rest of the day and the hotel is nice. The access the hotel without car, specially on Friday afternoon about 8pm or so. If you have booked already and you are in a good fit, don't worry it's a nice option but try to avoid rush hours or cross through the BoConcept furniture company next to the Resdidence Gra 21, that is also a nice option when open ;) . Enjoy it!

Very friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, your own parking spot just ouside of your room, 4mins walk to metro that takes you to Rome city centre, Internet actually working (many hotels have free wifi but it never works), clean. We had room for family ( 4 people) and liked it a lot! It's good location due to proximity to metro but not the most beautiful one nor easy to get to - the hotel staff is very proactive sending maps and giving directions though.

The staff were amazingly helpful, going out of their way to help make sure I could get to the metro station safely and to help me order a pizza when I arrived too late to go out for dinner (since I spoke no Italian, they translated the menu for me and placed the call on my behalf). The location - it's across a very very busy street with no stop sign or light, so it's dangerous to get in and out each day. Definitely would be much better if you have a car.

Good location to operate from; Metro station app. 200m, shopping center in close reach, 20m from the GRA (route surrounding Rome). Room clean and relatively quiet considering close neighbourghood of highway/street. Diffficult to find access by car first time, difficult crossing the street due to heavy traffic.

Lo staff gentilissimo, rete wireless gratuita e molto veloce, letto da una piazza e mezzo in singola La posizione, benché ben collegato ai luoghi di mio interesse, per raggiungere la metro era necessario attraversare una strada piuttosto pericolosa

Staff cordialissimo, molto disponibile (anche nell'aiutarci a trovare vie, ristoranti etc...). Il monolocale è semplicemente favoloso: arredato con gusto, spazioso e pulitissimo. La camera matrimoniale aveva addirittura la vasca idromassaggio!Si trova in una buona posizione: lontana dal caos di Roma centro, che tuttavia è velocemente raggiungibile sia con autobus che con la metro ed facilmente raggiungibile dal gra. Consigliatissimo!

Vicinanza alla stazione metro Anagnina, con cui in meno di 30 minuti si arriva in Piazza di Spagna. Il sabato sera la metro chiude alle 1.30 di notte. Il parcheggio per la macchina all'hotel è gratuito. Comodissimo per arrivare all'ippodromo delle capannelle(5 minuti di macchina), e per la vicinanza con un supermercato (cinecittà 2). Per essere a Roma buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Pulizia della camera e nonostante la posizione di notte non si sentono I rumori delle macchine che passano di finaco al residence. La strada per arrivare alla metro è molto trafficata, ma se si trovano quei 10 secondi in cui il semaforo delle macchine è rosso non ci sono problemi per attraversare.

Pulito, personale cordiale e amichevole, struttura abbastanza nuova, camera ampia. Difficile raggiungere metro e centro città sia a piedi che con la macchina, per via della pessima viabilità. Aggancio per la doccia rotto - il soffione non sta su!
