Ridiculously small shower cabin, tired, cheap furnishings. No easy access to the metro station (very busy road to cross).

Very nice hotel, excellent service for a cheap price. Nice and clean rooms. The hotel staff is very friendly, always willing to help and always willing to drive us to the metro station. As the residence is located close to the metro station, you can reach the center of the city in about 20 minutes. I would certainly recommend this hotel for young people who want to visit Rome.

Located close to highway. Once in our room, we didn't hear any noise of the highway, but it is a dangerous road to cross... Hotel staff is always willing to drive you to the station and pick you up.

The unique advantage of this hotel it that is close to the underground

No Breakfast no other hotel service. the area around the hotel is really horrible.

Very clean and staff is very nice ! Help you with most of the issues I needed, specially bringing you to-from the Metro Anagnina station.

Its practically impossible to get there by walk. Trying to cross the street from the Metro to the Hotel is a suicidal thing !!! You must always wait for someone from the Hotel to pick you up or to bring you out of the Hotel ! Its like being in an island... Isolated. Unless you have your own car of course.

This is a some kind of an appartment hotel: there is rather well-equipped kitchen in the room with a small refrigirator, small gas-stove, good set of cooking things. Besides, there is a huge comfortable bathroom ( recently repaired) with all necessary sanitary ware. We were startled: there were even Russian TV channels.

That was only one thing: it is absolutely impossible to foot-walk to the hotel from the metro station. Inspite the staff sent us in advance the plan "How to reach the hotel by walk" we could not follow the instructions because all described pedestrian paths were closed due to some reasons. We had to cross the highway by running across the street with our laggage (thank Heaven there were no policemen). When we had arrived at the hotel they explained that we could ask them and the hotel driver would drive us to and from the metro station, but it was afterwards...

If you are driving then this hotel is in a great location. From the freeway, you only need to travel 1.5km to get to the hotel. Best not to arrive in peak traffic. Hotel staff are extremely helpful and speak good English. They will call up to arrange pizza delivery if you wish, and even drive you to and from the station. Parking is great - it's right outside your door. Safe and clean environment and excellent service.

Only negative was that they were having a minor problem with their wireless internet connection while we were there. It was still working (and was fast) but we could not connect from our particular room so had to connect from public areas.

The location is problematic - on an "island" between major streets and highway. Practically impossible to reach by foot, and pretty hard to find. But the receptionist gives you a free ride to and from the Anagnina metro station which is very close.

The location is very far from the center. It is very difficult to get to Gra 21 without a car. So much trafic when crossing the street. Even though they provide a shuttle service upon our call, it is not that convenient.

Buscaba un lugar tranquilo para mi estancia en Roma y lo encontré en la Residence Gra21, alejado del ruido y con una excelente atención.

Tuve que resignar la comodidad de la cercanía al centro de Roma, pero gratamente satisfecho

Dichtbij stad Rome, uitstekend geschikt voor dagtripjes naar Rome. Uiterst vriendelijk personeel, brengt je graag naar metro en haalt je ook graag weer op. Dat moet ook wel want je kunt echt beter niet zelf oversteken. Kamer was schoon, keurig interieur.
