Henkilökunta ansaitsee ehdottomasti erityis kiitoksen. Hotellin vieressä on vilkas tie, joten henkilökunta vie metrolle ja hakee pois, jotta kulkeminen on turvallista. Olimme kaikkeen erittäin tyytyväisiä. Henkilökunta auttoi kaikessa mahdollisessa. Huoneet olivat siistit ja juuri sellaiset kuin kuvissa näyttikin. |

The stuff was very nice and helpful; they take us from and to the metro station each time we needed and helped us with informations about public transportation in Rome; near the hotel suggested us a very good restaurant&pizzeria with good prices; Cause of the traffic, a bit risky to go to the hotel or to the restaurant by foot, but the hotel staff picked us every time. |

Friendly staff. Very busy street. Too dangerous to cross the road. Staff were very helpful and friendly and it was no trouble to be picked up and dropped off at the subway. |

Very friendly staff. Hardly reachable from metro station by feet (due to a busy street in front of the hotel which was not able to pass safely). On the other hand, the hotel offered the shuttle to metro station which was perfect. |

The staff was very friendly and picked us up from the train station when we called from the train It is not possible to walk from the station to this hotel. It is a little scarey when returning to your room at night. |

cheap 1. not easy to access for the first time, espically at night. What the hotel tell us about how to get there from airport CIA is wrong!! 2.very dirty. The lady who cleans the room would never change the towers for you. She would just mix the clean and dirty towers together, which is terrible. |
