Perfect location Valentina was extremely helpful on reception

People in unit above very noisy at night with adults and children running across floors until all hours. We live in high rise so we know. The air conditioning worked however the fans were very noisy Reasonable priced breakfast was terrible.

The Hilda was an amazing experience, the staff was so helpful and location was the best, I must say that the Hilda made my trip to Italy effortless> my daughter joined me on this trip and we just cant say enough about our apt in florence, italy amazing stay

The studio with one separate room is perfectly nice design luxury , the only problem is some noise from the street The place is excellent near Duomo and everything We advice l you to buy pasta and food at principal market 10 minutes walk (pasta fabulous) and eat there (closed at 2 pm) , there is a very honest price jewelry near "Elitropia" v de Ginori 42r

Noise from street at night but ok with quies in ears

Everything was amazing, the staff, the location, the facilities. You can't ask for a better service. The best place I have stayed in florence.

Wi fi is a little low at sometimes.

The residence is incredibly beautifull, bed of best quality, room design is truely in the special tradition of Florence. People are very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable.

We had such a great weekend. Valentina and Marzanna were amazing. Arranged single beds without a thought. Helped with opera and restaurant AND shopping plans. The hotel was centrally located and perfect.

This place was amazing. The location is perfect to see all the sites in florence, the staff were friendly and made our stay extremely easy. The apartment was large with a great big bath room. We had a superior suite

It was a little noisy from the street below

The hotel accommodation was stunning, spacious and immaculately clean. The location was so close to the Duomo but just far enough to be quiet and the staff could not have been more considerate and helpful. They made us feel like VIP's. I will not spell her name correctly but Margiena on the front desk went above and beyond to help us. I could recommend this hotel to the most fussy of guests! Perfect! Great location, very close to Duomo and walking distance to most sites, very friendly staff and large beautiful suites. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast vouchers don't really make sense, Restaurant great, but think makes more sense to just buy breakfast directly on your own rather than get voucher from hotel.

Though expensive, the apartment and location were superb. They provide you with a key for the main entrance so the lack of reception staff from 20.00 h is not a real problem. Absolutely advisable. Fairly expensive

It is in a good location, near the Duomo, and about 15-20 minutes walk from the Central Train station. And there's a small grocery stall just 5 The Residence units are very spacious! - comes with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom - perfect for families, or ladies who need minutes walk. The staff team is very helpful and friendly! We asked for their recommendations to restaurants, and their recommendations were wonderful! Lots of space for their shopping bags! The ok bar diagonally across from Residence Hilda serve very generaous portions of food and the food taste good too!

Somehow, the wifi signal was quite weak. Other than that, the stay at Residence Hilda was the best accommodation we had in our entire 2-weeks visit to Italy!

I loved it! Friendly and helpful staff, always willing to help and give advice. Spacious apartments with a kitchen. I highly recommend for those who want to be closer to the center of Florence and feel homey feel.

Would prefer to have breakfast at Residence Hilda, The arranged breakfast at the Bar down the street is not great and makes the rooms more expensive than advertised.

We loved everything about our appartment. It was modern, comfortable and super clean! It was also close to everything, from Michaelangelo's David to the small grocery store just down the street. My husband and I loved going "home" after a long day visiting museums and doing the touristy thing.

It was more than excellent in every thing spicially the staff and the siz of the rooms and more than that is the services from resturent and garage . Thanks hilda staff for warm hospitalitey .
