Residence Hilda  

We enjoyed the spacious apartment, the room service and the helpful assistance of the staff.

The residence staff was súper nice!! They recommended us nice places to have lunch and dinner, informed us about time tables of the main turístic points. The location is great also.

Maybe 2 things are not Really that important. When we arrived to the city we couldnt find the place because there are two numbers in each door, we would like to be told, we Lost a lot of time looking and we were running to get in time before They leave at one pm. We stay at the 2nd floor, dont remember the room, but next door the neighbours (next building) yelled the whole night.

Loved the location of Residence Hilda which was very near the Domio. Staff of RH was very accommodating and helpful esp with directions and giving interesting options and suggestions on what to do in Florence. Apartment made us feel like "residents" of Florence

Maybe a washing machine to be included in the apartment would be useful.

Immaculate, well appointed, beautiful rooms, and very friendly and courteous staff. Staff were able to help with every request we had and were always friendly which made our stay very happy and smooth. Everything about the stay was wonderful! Great location. Good relationships with and knowledge of other local business qhich came in handy. Was very reluctant to leave! A really first class property and business. If Florence is your desitination make this property where you stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Residence Hilda. The apartment style enabled us to have a bit more living space plus the kichen for snacks and morning coffee. The location was convenient but very quiet. The staff were pleasant and very accomodating.We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel has an excellent location with clean well done suites. The staff was very helpful and made the stay that much more enjoyable.

abbiamo gradito la massima disponibilità del personale della reception e la pulizia dell'appartamento.

l'unica osservazione da fare riguarda l'impossibilità di regolare la temperatura del riscaldamento della camera, un po' troppo alto.

πεντακαθαρο και ολοκαινουριο διαμερισμα, πληρως εξοπλισμενο, ιδανικο για μικρα παιδια και μεσα στο κεντρο, οποτε και δεν χρειαζεται αυτοκινητο. υπαρχει διπλα σουπερ μαρκετ και παντοπωλειο και βρισκεται κοντα σε εστιατορια και ζαχαροπλαστεια. οι παροχες ειναι θαυμασιες. μας προσεφεραν μεχρι και καρεκλακι φαγητου για το μωρο μας, χωρις καν να το ζητησουμε! σπασαμε καποια κουζινικα και οταν τους το ειπαμε για να τα πληρωσουμε μας ειπαν οτι δεν πειραζει, μας τα αντικατεστησαν και δεν μας χρεωσαν.

部屋がとても広くて、落ち着きました。 旅行鞄を広げても、十分ひろく、 キッチングッズも充実していました。
