Hotel Residence Holiday

it look like a very old hotel but the price was very high

The hotel was very basic and was in need of a decent bar .Barking dogs were also being kept in some of the rooms keepoing us awake at night

Hotel was very clean but basic. Good pool which we almost had to ourselves on most days. "American Bar" small and drinks were expensive. Good quality continental breakfast. Short walk to the lake front.

Bookers should be aware that this hotel is heavily used by school / student trips. Although there was no noise or trouble whilst we were there, it was the arrival of two coach loads of teenagers that filled us with dread. In the end, it was unfounded as they were well-behaved and out all day. We may have been lucky as I can't believe all school/college students are that good. Staff are very attentive and intervened when some of the students were pushing the boundaries.

Nice position near the lake, quiet part of Sirmione, beautiful surroundings, many sightseeing, excellent hotel staff.

Interior of the hotel (room) a bit out of date (unrenewed), although very clean.

Reception ladies were extremely excellent and helpful.

Location. You have to either get a taxi or rent a car. Far from both train stations. Far from Bus Stations. Far from supermarkets. Basically, far from every thing.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und das Frühstück war auch O.k, mit dem Auto gut erreichbar

Es wurde zuwenig geheizt (am Tag, in der Nacht I.o) relativ weit weg vom Zentrum

la posizione tranquilla a due passi dal lago e la disponibilità e gentilezza del personale alla reception

La cosa che più mi ha sorpreso è stata la cortesia del personale, sempre disposto ad aiutare i clienti.

Camera spaziosa e pulita all'arrivo, hotel pulito, personale cortese.

Costi obbligatori non chiari nella prenotazione, utilizzo della camera come monolocale con angolo cottura più costoso del preventivato, colazione insoddisfacente e costosa.

das frühstücksbuffet war in ordnung . die lage des hotel ist gut, für besichtigungen der umgebung. pkw parkplatz genügend vorhanden.( beurteilung mitte oktober )

hellhörigkeit der zimmer. kein tennisplatz wie beschrieben.

Zeer rustige omgeving, wil je vertier, ga je naar de old-town waar van alles te doen is.

Personeel aan balie was zeer ongeintereseerd, en toonde totaal geen uitstraling ( vette haren, kleding bij elkaar geraapt ) je mag andere foto's plaatsen van het ontbijt, kwam totaal niet overeen, bv jus d'oranje uit een machine dus poeder..........
