nice area, value for the money is fair. very noisy room,non stop noise all night from the close road, no a/c so you ca'nt close the window. |

swimming pool, good wifi, new building, close to many shop and to the lake with special access to the beach. To recommend for the many appartments to rent, not for the very small room we book, even if the price is competitive for the area because the arrangment, see below, is very "cheap" too. So ok for small budget. Room has never been cleaned in the 4 days, but the shared bathroom was done every day. We had a room with only one wardrobe without any drawer, in it we could only hang clothes. No table, no chair, a very small window 2 meters above the ground, one single light on another wall than the bed so that you can't read in bed unless you move everything. All this can be easily improved. No big deal, but difficult to stay more than a couple of days in those conditions. |

Isäntä oli hyvin mukava ja kaikki asiat olivat kuten ennalta osattiin odottaa. Ajo-ohje voisi olla helpompi. Jos olisi esimerksi sanottu, että hotelli on järven läntisen rantatien ainoan Esso-aseman kohdalla toisella puolen tietä, niin olisi löydetty heti. Huoneiden alhainen lämpötila vaivasi hieman öisin perheemme naispuolisia. |

zeer vriendelijk personeel, zeer schone kamer en badkamer. gedeelde badkamer was geen enkel probleem. hotel voorzag niet in ontbijt maar er waren genoeg gelegenheden in de buurt om te ontbijten. |

L'accueil, le personnel toujours disponible et agréable, accés libre à la piscine. à peine trop de bruit, mais pas trop dérangeant car période de vacances, pas idéal pour les couches tôt. Et le matin sonneries de cloches très longues et très fortes. |

Dichtbij het meer (alleen de drukke weg oversteken), klein maar fijn zwembadje. Ligbedden. Nieuwe kamers. Supermarkt aan de overkant, eenvoudige restaurantjes dichtbij. Niet duur. Op loopafstand van dorp en boot. Behalve een bed en een kast stond er niets in de kamer. Geen gordijnen, geen haak om iets op te hangen en het meest eigenaardige, geen lichtknop. Je moest dus het licht van de kamer in de gang uitdoen. Heel onprettig. Geen echte handdoeken maar dunne luierachtige doeken. Kamers werden niet schoongemaakt, bedden niet opgemaakt. Geen hotelkamer dus maar ook geen appartement. Een neefje dat op bezoek kwam mocht alleen tegen betaling van 5 euro in het zwembad zwemmen. Erg flauw. Geen airco dus erg warm in kamer. Raam open geen optie ivm lawaai van de doorgaande weg die langs de appartementen loopt. |

Voor ons was het gewoon een tussenstop op weg naar Italië. We hadden pech want het was zeer slecht weer rond het como meer ! |

de ligging is echt perfect: heel centraal en goed bereikbaar. personeel is aardig delen van badkamer, was van te voren niet duidelijk aangegeven. prijs in verhouding met twee sterren is niet in evenwicht, maar de ligging maakt het toch weer goed |

schönes Pool, sauberes Zimmer, gute Pizzeria 100m weiter, gute Gelateria gegenüber zum Frühstücken, gute Anbindung an öffentlichen Nahverkehr: die Bushaltestelle ist gleich nebenan. Etwas laut; aber vertretbar. Betten werden nicht gemacht, da 'Residence'. |

Très bon accueil, petite piscine. Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre (juste une sorte de vasistas), ameublement sommaire. Chambre donnant sur route très passagère, donc bruyante. |

Mukava pysähdys Como-järvellä Italian automatkan alkuun. Comon maisemat olivat upeat, huone siisti ja henkilökunta mukavaa. Viihtyisä piha-alue. Kaikki toimi, ei valittamista. Autotallissa paikat pieniä. Hotellin ja rannan välissä useita saksalaisten camping-alueita, jotka kapealle nurmirantakaistaleelle päästäkseen joutui kiertämään. |

Trevligt bemötande av personalen. Hela anläggningen var i mycket bra skick och lägenheten var ren, rymlig och komfortabel.Den var även välutrustad. Fin liten pool och det fanns även en barnpool för de minsta. Vi kommer absolut att bo här igen nästa gång vi åker till Komo-sjön. |

Es ist super gelegen, Praktisch neu, sehr sauber und gepflegt. nahe einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie eine grosse auswahl an Restaurants un Bars. Wie der, durch die Hauptstrasse nahe gelegen Comersee. Einfach perfekt zum Surfen. |

Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und vor allem sauber. Auch das Badezimmer war in Ordnung. Der Besitzer sprach sehr gut Deutsch und war immer stets sehr freundlich. Im Zimmer fehlte ein zweiter Stuhl. Auch im Bad wäre eine Ablagemöglichkeit von Vorteil. |
