The location was perfect, we found free parking nearby and it was exactly what we were after. Also good value for money for the fantastic location.

The bed was rather uncomfortable. I can see a new matress required soon.

The apartment was great & well appointed to look after yourself. While Bellagio is small, it is located in the middle, close to everything! We were running late due to a missed train connection & didn't have a mobile number to contact Flavio or Sylvia. It was raining when we eventually got there & were very happy (& relieved) to find Sylvia waiting outside for us to arrive! Really appreciated & would recommend Il Borgo.

Nothing - we were very happy with our stay. Just make sure that you exchange mobile numbers in case of any delay!

Very conveniently located in the centre of Bellagio, clean, compact, comfortable and the owner Flavio was incredibly friendly and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend!

The apartment was spacious, well equipped, clean and very well positioned right in the centre of shops and restaurants. Our window looked out over the roof.Flavio, the landlord was very helpful. He met us at the port and guided us through the narrow streets on his bike. The streets were busy with lots of pedestrians and driving a big car was a challenge. Flavio helped us find suitable free parking and helped us with our cases. He also speaks very good English.

Just one very minor thing. An electric kettle would be nice, rather than boiling a kettle on the electric stove which takes ages!

Good price with shopping and dining located all around the area.

Location, Location, Location! The room was located directly in the center of the town of Bellagio which made it easy to get around. Plus, the landlord was very helpful with providing us with site- seeing options.

The bed was a little hard for my taste.

The staff was very nice and the apartment was fully furnished with everything needed, including the kitchen.

The staff was almost never there.

Owners were so helpful and friendly,met us on the main street to help us to the accommodation,came down straight away when we knocked the electricity out by using too much at once(oven & washing machine).Apartment is spacious,clean,cosy and bathroom is large and modern with a great shower.Apartment is brilliantly located with many shops and restaurants on our doorstep.

Very centralized. Well equipped kitchenette. Shops nearby. Friendly & helpful owners. Spacious room with lift. Very scenic, relaxing & picturesque village.

Address not easy to find, due to insufficient signage. Limited parking @ the church square. Need to use ferry if coming in from Menaggio.

The Owner was very friendly, they went to pick us by car at the ferry even being very close and they also have good tips on restaurants in the area

Flavio was a fantastic help and we really enjoyed the stay. The room was very comfortable and had a very nice atmosphere, almost like staying in a log cabin on lake Como yet we were right in the middle of Bellagio in a great location.

We didn't like having to leave! To help with this the staff were very friendly and let us take our time as they were not busy. Thanks again

Flavio was so helpful in everyday. His directions and recommendations for food and activities were very helpful. He went the extra mile in helping us. The apartment was clean and centrally locally.

Everything was great.

Very nice staff, the owner Flavio called in advance and met us as we drove into Bellagio. He showed us the parking, took our luggage and took us into the apartment. He was very friendly, and the room was immaculately clean!

We arrived a bit after 3pm to find out that the office is open 9am to 1pm - our fault for not reading up. We called the owner and he attended to us in a flash. He explained that the one bedroom unit we booked had a hot water problem and placed us into another (superior) one bedroom apartment tow doors up called "Inca" which was just fabulous. The bonus for us was the washing machine as we had been travelling for a week and needed a refresh. The location was outstanding. A tasty ham & cheese toasted sandwich in the morning from the 'bar' in the square which opened around 8 kicked started our day. If staying in Bellagio, I highly recommend.

If you book the Inca, bring your own soap and shampoo as its an apartment rental. Everything else was top notch

The location of this propoerty was excellent, nestled in a quiet street, right in the middle of the village, so it was only a couple of minutes walk to either the ferries or the bars/restaurants.

Our stay at Il Borgo was amazing. The apartment was cute and had everything we needed. The location was outstanding, located on a cute side road, steps from the main strip. It was close to shops and delicious restaurants. Flavio & Sylvia were the best hosts. Very friendly and always willing to help out. Sylvia even helped take bags from our car to the apartment. I would definitely recommend Il Borgo and can't wait ti visit again.

酒店位置极佳乘公车坐船都很方便。附近有小超市及多家飡馆。主人热情，考虑到住宿者方方面面的需要，虽然是- 自家经营的小型旅馆但设备齐全状况良好，只有三层楼，还特地安装了电梯。总之是一次满意的住宿。感谢Fla- vio!

Molto accogliente..posizione perfetta..monolocale attrezzato e molto pulito..perfetto!

Buena conexión a internet. Muy cerca del centro. Se puede aparcar muy cerca de 20:00-10:00 (al menos en Abril)

No limpian la habitación (es un apartamento). La televisión tiene muchos canales pero es un poco pequeña y antigua

O apto é excelente, totalmente equipado, localizado numa rua muito bonita ao lado da Basilica. O casal Flavio e Silvia é atenciosíssimo.
