The villa was in a good location and very good value for money. There was no air conditioning facility, but fans were provided for every room. It was also difficult to find the location of Residence Il Casale. There were a few signs on the main road, but once we turned off the signs stopped and it took us nearly an hour to find the place, which was tiring as it was already 10pm when we arrived. We were then taken to a villa on the hillside, about 4 miles from Il Casale. It turned out to be a better location and nearer to the historic town of Cortona, but we were unsettled when we arrived and the website could possibly do more to specify where the villas are located

Beautiful garden and tucscan architecture. Close to Cortona and other well known places in Tuscany. Friendly and helpful staff, free wi-fi and really nice place for taking rest.

Residence immerso nel verde, appartamenti curati nei particolari, proprietari simpatici e disponibili. Luogo ideale per passare un week end lontano da stress e rumori. Ideale per famiglie.

Heel mooi en vooral ruim appartement (huisje). Heel gezellig ingericht met voldoende zetels! Goede uitvalbasis om zowel Umbrie als Toscane te verkennen. We hebben een heel leuke vakantie gehad, met nog zeer aangename temperaturen in november! We gaan zeker nog eens terug! Jammer van de kleine douche die een beetje slecht geplaatst was naast het toilet. Nochtans mogelijkheid om de badkamer praktischer in te richten.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend, behilflich und höflich, wir konnten auf Nachfrage eines Internetcafes das Internet des Hotels benutzen. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt, auch mögen wir den einfachen toscanischen Wohnstil. Die Apartements sind alle unterschiedlich eingerichtet und mit allen nötigen Utensilien für die Küche ausgestattet. Ein Tip für jeden Individualreisenden. Hier kann man so leben, wie es einem gefällt. Es gibt nichts Negatives zu berichten.

Die Lage war gut, das Appartment geräumig, die Betten bequem, alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Die Lage der "Residence" ist gut, allerdings war die Lage unseres Appartments sehr schlecht, daes sehr dunkel war. Im Schlafzimmer gab es nur ein winziges Fenster, im Wohnraum nur die beiden kleinen Fensterchen in der Eingangstür, Küche und Bad hatten keine Fenster, der Sitzplatz vor dem Haus wurde von keinem Sonnenstrahl erreicht, D.H. wir mussten zu jeder Tageszeit alle Lampen anmachen. Bei unserer Ankunft stand die Bürotür offen, es war jedoch niemend anwesend. Während wir überlegten, wo wir jemand Zuständiges finden könnten, sah ich auf dem Schreibtisch einen Zettel liegen, auf dem unser Name stand und der Name des Appartments, der allerdings durchgestrichen und ersetzt worden war. Später fand ich heraus, dass das ursprünglich vorgesehene Appartment genau unseren Wünschen entsprochen hätte, aber belegt war. Als ich die Mitarbeiterin darauf ansprach, reagierte sie äußerst ungehalten und unfreundlich. Sie wies darauf hin, dass unser Appartment größer sei und über 2(!) Bäder verfüge (wozu?) Sollte ich noch einmal dorthin fahren, würde ich vorher sehr genau absprechen, welche Wohnung ich mieten möchte.

Gli appartamenti sono conformi alla descrizione ed il soggiorno permette un totale relax. Strutture antiche recuperate sapientemente con molti materiali ancora dell'epoca. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo e posizione strategica per scorrazzare in umbria e toscana.

La tranquillità del posto. La riservatezza dell'appartamento separato dagli altri. L'arredamento in stile antico. Uno scarico di acqua nel giardino di provenienza non chiara con il conseguente proliferare di zanzare, oltre alla poltiglia non piacevole da calpestare.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad bij Residence Il Casale. Mooie residence met ruime appartementen. Op nog geen 5 minuten met de auto van het schitterende stadje Cortona. De residence is schitterend gelegen in een parkachtige tuin met veel fruitbomeen en gras. Heerlijk zwembad met ligstoelen, kussens en voldoende parasols en natuurlijke schaduw. Een aanrader!

Residence molto consigliato per chi come Noi ha una bambina piccina, lo staff è stato gentilissimo e il posto è molto incantevole ai piedi di Cortona. Punto di partenza per visitare molti siti storici. Il tutto è stato molto rilassante.

J'ai vraiment aimé cet appartement pour le calme et la détente,le déjeuné il se fait dans l'hotel baldeli à coté du casale le cadre médiéval c'est magnifique nous avons très bien déjeuné un buffet.Le personnel est très gentil.Nous esperons y retourner de nouveau avec la famille. Les essuies de bains ne sont pas changé tous les jours c'est à nous à le demander.Ce n'est pas tout à fait la formule hotel.
