The residence gives you peace and comfort inside the city of Florence. Excellent service, polite personnel, very clean room and comfortable furniture. The Internet was cheap and easy to access. There are stores, pizza restaurants and cafes nearby. No real issues during our stay just some ideas for improvement: it would be nice to have a covered parking area for motorcycles/cars; one of the nights was just a bit colder and the AC was in Summer mode and we could not turn on the warm air (we stopped the AC and used the available blankets so it was not an issue at all). |

The staff (Gabriella and the young lady) were most helpful and went the extra mile to assist in advising on transport, locations, taxi.etc. Also in provide telephone numbers in case of emergency. |
