Residence Il Giglio  

This is a convenient location only if you have a car. The included parking is the reason we booked this accomodation. Il Giglio is great as a base of operations to see the rest of Tuscany (by car). The residence is located in a semi quiet residential neighbourhood. Don't look for great shopping or restaurants around here. The Il Centro super market is just down the street though. All in all a great place to stay. Very friendly staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided maps, helped with gallery booking and provided lots of helpful information. They suite was large and comfortable. It is an easy bus ride into Florence so the location was very convenient. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided during our stay. We really enjoyed being there.

The hotel and staff were great. The bus stops were very close. Staff was attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to help us. It was nicer than we expected, veny clean, very safe. Our nicest hotel since arrivng in Europe, and we've been happy everywhere.

the location within walking distance to Florence, a beautiful suburb has everything, would stay again.

I dont like paying for internet, it was cheap. I believe that the internet should be a free service.

Camere molto pulite, personale cortese, buoni collegamenti col centro città, posizione decentrata e poco caotica (almeno nel fine settimana).

Parcheggio privato non molto capiente e posti auto sotto agli alberi.

Parking dans la résidence. Chambres spacieuses. Bon rapport qualité prix. Adresse simple mais efficace.

A moins d'être amateur de foot (proche du stade) ou avoir de la famille dans le quartier, la résidence est un peu excentrée. 10/15 min du centre en bus.

La posizione tranquilla

Le côté pratique d'avoir une kitchenette ; avec des enfants, c'est utile.

Molto carino ed accogliente, parcheggio gratuito degno di nota. Fermata del bus n.17 a 200 metri di distanza per andare in centro, al rientro la linea 11 lascia proprio di fronte al residence.

Excellent accueil ; très jolie chambre bien équipée avec kichenette et une vraie salle de bain. Proximité des arrêts de bus 11 et 17 déservant le centre de florence arrêt de bus devant la porte pour le retour, proximité achat tickets de bus ; excellente "rosticceria S. Gervasio" à 2 minutes à pied sur la place, pour gouter la cuisine italienne tranquillement dans son appartement. Et surtout parking gratuit pour laisser son véhicule durant le séjour. Excellent insonorisation. Hotel impécable. Rien à dire : parfait

Hôtel situé à environ 15 minutes environ en bus du Centre de Florence (bus très fréquents). Logement spacieux. Climatisation, ascenseur et parking super. Personnel très aimable et disponible pour donner des informations. Magasins à proximité.

Logement de deux pièces sans porte entre les deux pièces. Les lits sont inconfortables. Notre séjour donnait sur la rue une peu bruyante. Cuisine sous-équipée (pas de four -ni micro-ondes, ni à convection-). Hôtel difficile à localiser en voiture.
