C'est un hôtel très agréable : sa localisation dans le centre historique, proche de la gare, mais à l'écart de la rue, du bruit et de la chaleur en font un havre de paix où l'on peut se détendre et se reposer dans un cadre très agréable. Les chambres sont vastes, confortables et comportent tout le confort souhaitable, y compris une climatisation efficace. L'équipe de l'hôtel assure un accueil familial et chaleureux. Le patio et la salle des petits-déjeuners sont sympathiques. Excellent établissement où j'aurais plaisir à revenir et que je recommande vivement. |

L'hôtel est très bien situé, au centre de Florence. En plus il est au calme, car il est situé au fond d'une cour. L'hôtel a son propre parking. Il faut être un as en manoeuvre pour réussir à faire rentrer sa voiture dans la cour. Cependant le personnel est tout à fait disposé à aider. |

L'emplacement au coeur de la ville, le parking clos et surveillé, l'espace des chambres, l'amabilité/disponibilité du personnel et enfin le joli et agréable patio. Petit-déjeuner : excellent café mais jus de fruit artificiels et pas de variété de pains. Clients parfois bruyants en nocturne dans le joli patio, dommage. |

Very good location: close to railway station and main sights, very nice street (Faenza) with many restaurants around. The 2nd bed is not that comfortable |

The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The quality of the room was outstanding and extremely good value for money. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in the future. |

The Rooms were massive - it was like having your own apartment with an upstairs as well... plenty of room - starting to think I needed to book 1 room instead of 2. Nothing - apart from quite hard to find - the numbers in street have both blue and red - we went to 71 red - it was a school - 71 blue was down other end of street - quite mis-leading. |

Our room was very spacious with an open-plan kitchen to the main lounge/dining area and the sleeping area on a separate floor. The staff were very helpful and were happy to help arrange gallery visits, book train tickets, and so on. |

The location is very good, restuarants and signts are all around. Breakfest is also good and the man is nice. The shower place may be a lit bit unwell desiged, the water might be flowed around once you use a big shower. Except that, everything is good for this hotel. |

the receptionist was so kind to help me park the car as the driveway was so tight and i had difficulty. the nice furniture in the room, spacious too for 4 people. parking though by payment is at least available in the hotel premises. neighboring room was thumping on the wall, we were not noisy at all and the wall was solid concrete; breakfast was limited (Italian style) and could be improved. |

Good appartement in the city of florence. nice room, bathroom and upstairs the bedroom. Not far from the station you go by MC Donalds to the left and second left. Near the Dome and the center of the city. If want you can use the kitchen for € 25 for the period of your stay. We only use the refrigerator but no charge. Very good apartment for stay. Breakfast is very simple only some small things but no cheese ham or that kind of things. |

the hotel is near the center very important that it has parking place and it has a nice place to stay outside. the braekfast is so poor for this kind of hotel and this price . the parking place cost to much money per day. |

good value for money. nice, modern room with internet and tv. clean and spacious bathroom. good location - very central. enjoyed my stay. breakfast could have been a little more comprehensive (just italian breakfast). a little bit of cheese and ham would have been great. |

The apartment is spacious on 2 different levels. The room is very nice, especially the ceiling. It has all necessary equipment. Also internet is available for a very good price. The location is great. Super friendly stuff. The breakfast is basic, but good. For sure good coffee. The 2nd bed is not that comfortable. For our 2 young boys it was absolutely fine. For older heavier kids it might be too soft. The arrival with the car is a bit tricky - the path to the hotel is very narrow. |

The location was very good, the room was large, clean and comfortable for a family. The internal garden was lovely. The staff was kind and helpfull. Breakfast was good enought. The childrens' bed wasn't comfortable. We were surprised when we were asked to pay for the parking as it was in the hotel's back yard. |

I liked the location of the hotel and the general ambience. The courtyard was a good place to chill. We were surprised to read that the use of the kitchen was extra, a point not highlighted on the web site. This is the main reason that anyone would go for an apartment and not a hotel room I would think!. Also, the walls were very thin so we could hear conversations through the wall quite easily |

Die Lage des Hotels ist phantastisch, direkt in der Altstadt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Frühstück ist typisch italienisch sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und nicht wirklich üppig. |

L'ubicazione , la cortesia del personale ed il fatto che accettavano animali di piccole dimensioni, che peraltro e' stato accettato benissimo. Qualche attenzione in piu' sulla prima colazione. |

Nähe zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt (weniger als 5 Gehminuten) troztdem ruhige Lage Glühbirne im Badezimmer war defekt und wurde auch nach Anfrage nicht gewechselt (anderes Licht war aber vorhanden) |

staff sono bravissimi e gentilissimi. la camera è molto pulita e tranquilla. perché l'hotel non dà sulla strada e si trova in un cortile, quindi si può riposare bene. |
