La Fattoria Apartments  

The lady who checked us in was really friendly and helpful, and always said "hello" when she saw us during our stay. The apartment was very clean and had a very good shower. It was only a 20 minute walk into the centre of Lazise, with some shops and restuarants even closer.

The walls were quite thin, so we could hear other guests talking quite loudly into the early hours on a couple of nights.

The staff was very frendly, the apartment was nice and clean, nice kitchen with everything you need..., rooms are big, the bathroom is new and tidy, stores are near, parking is secure and big. We recomend La Fattoria Apartments. We had a realy nice stay there. There were four of us. Me and my wife. 13 year old son and 5 year old dauther. They liked it also.

I thought the apartment was clean fresh and spacious, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Staying at the main apartment block was a bit out of the way regarding the swimming pool & play park and car park. The environmental bins were also out of the way.

The hotel is very clean, near to old historic town and lake, 5-6 minutes by car to GardaLend. Big bedroom and salon for three persons. Good service.

Spacious apartment which was very clean and well stocked. Lovely, private apartment complex around small, shady, courtyard. Superb roof garden/terrace. Good facilities. Wonderful pool area with large pool, large grounds, trees, flowers, facilities and plenty of sun loungers. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff, especially Evelyn in Reception. 1.5 km from Lazise, which we think is a very underrated town - it is beautiful.

We did not have a car, so we were very conscious of the walk into town and the nearest shops (approx 1.5 km, including a hill !). Next time we will hire a car.

Very good location and easy access to other lake areas and Verona, owner is very kind.

No comfortable chair inside or out to rest and read. Not a very functional kitchen for an "apartment."

Places was spotless and staff were friendly andhelpfull.

It was in a good location which gave us the flexibility to drive round the lake.

In the apartment it would have been useful if the following was provided. 1. Microwave 2. Kettle, had to boil water in a pan to make tea. 3. Hair dryer. 4. Some basic cleaning materials, ie sponge etc.

Excellent secure parking. The pool area outstanding, plenty room, excellent sun loungers and sun shades. Staff really helpful - free home grown chillies and herbs available from the roof terrace. A pleasant 15 minute walk into the centre of Lazise and still bars and restaurants on route.

When we arrived: the staff informed us very well and friendly. The room was clean and light. The price / quality is good. we could borrow the bicycles every time we wanted, and they were fine. The sungarden and the swimmingpool are good as well. We recommend Lazise and the Gardalake as a beautiful holiday spot.

The kitchen - and the pots and pans - are not that great. The first meals failed. But after a little practise it did his job. The bikes which are there to borrow are little in amound. Just 4 of them are in the garage. So you must be lucky to get one. However, we had them 6 days on a row, so it was no problem for us.To walk to Lazise and the lake it takes 15 minutes.

First the La Fattoria Apartments is convenient enough to trip around Largo lake and neighbouring cities. Second the La Fattoria Apartments has good comfort to family life.

We were really pleased with the accommodation, staff were helpful and friendly. This place will be good for people who don't like hotel, it felt very private and homely. The staff were really good and ever so helpful. They were friendly and made our stay wonderful. They gave us a good introduction when we arrived so we felt like a local straight away. We were given an apartment on the ground floor which was the best. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essential utensils. All the rooms were decorated individually and were full of character and had a personal touch. Each apartment had its own allocated table which was excellent for dining out. The apartment and the facilities were very well maintained, and very clean. The swimming pool and the sunbathing area was perfect, relaxing and made for a nice lazy day at the pool. We enjoyed our stay there as well as the surrounding area of Lazise that we stayed an extra two days. The location is perfect if you want to explore the surrounding area by bike or car. Verona is about 30min drive and if you take the small roads you get to drive through beautiful Italian countryside. Definitely will recommend a 100%.

Nice place, clean, hepful staff

We stayed for 1 week from 2nd June 2012 in a 1 Bed Apartment. All facilities were clean and sufficient for our purpose, although we mainly ate out. Lovely pool in a garden area only 200 metres from the apartment which was kept immaculate. Large play area with good facilities by pool for children too, including toilets and shower. The location was in a court yard just off a quiet no thru road only 15 mins walk from the centre of Lazise, Two restaurants very close, " La Boheme" next door was very nice with choice of poolside dinning. Booking and confirmation through Booking.com was very smooth and efficient. The ladies on the reception area were very helpful. I would certainly recommend "La Fattoria" and it is an ideal location to explore the Lake.

We had a really nice time at The Fattoria. Eveline and all the other staff are very, very friendly. It is a clean place, wonderfull swimmingpool and nice rooms. It is a good spot for visiting the lake and verona. I would really recommend it!

Great value for money. This is not a hotel. These are small self catering apartments. Conveniently situated just off the main road along the lake but stil quiet. Plently of restaurants nearby and a few minutes drive from Gardaland.

Ambiente accogliente e famigliare, appartamento pulito e perfettamente attrezzato, grande piscina con giardino. Grande parcheggio privato. Si trova a 10 minuti da Gardaland e altri parchi e vicinissimo al centro di Lazise. Noi e le nostre due bimbe abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo fine settimana.
