Excellent location in the heart of Venice. Very spacious. Pretty outlook to churches and canal. Very clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated.

Limited kitchen utensils. The washing machine was not working.

Very large comfortable residence over two top floors in the centre of town close to Saint Marco square. Clean modern design. Two bathrooms one en suite. Apartment over two floors with an attic room.

Top of a high building with no lift 3 flights of steep stairs to climb. Tv channels Italian only. Out and about difficult to find supermarket/basic food shops for milk, bread etc.

Fantastic location, with a comfortable,modern and well equipped apartment. Perfect for our family.

The apartment was lovely, extremely well located and perfect if you are a family who needs common space. It is a great alternative to a hotel and the lady who was in the reception was extremely kind and helpful to us.

We stayed at the Casanova apartment. The owner met us in the square where the apartment is and he was very friendly and showed us around the flat, gave us a map of the city, told us where the nearest vaporetto stop, supermarket etc is located. The flat is very central, only a few minutes walk from St Mark's square (must be the most crowded place I have ever seen in my life) and equally close to Rialto bridge. When I booked the place, reading all the reviews I was convinced there would be no internet in the flat but there is Wi-fi and the owner gives you the password at arrival. My teenage kids were pleased :) we had a great stay and everything was perfect and very clean.

The apartment (vivaldi) was very clean and the staff friendly. They didn't have a booking for our last day so they let us check out at 6pm. The apartment is not only central but in a proper strategic spot, everything was only 5 minutes away. It was warm, comfortable and gave lots of privacy. The two bedrooms were on the opposite sides of the apartment. The best thing was the terrace on top of the roof. It was big enough for 6 people to have dinner or breakfast with a a nice table and the view was breathtaking.

not easy to found the hotel by our own as the door is hiding in the middle of a narrow street.

Location was within minutes of the vaporetto and St Mark's Square. The apartment was comfortable, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The location was unbelievable. A minute from St. Mark's Square. We stayed for two nights and never had to leave our neighborhood. The apartment was lovely.

The manager was surly. Pack lightly because our apt was on the third floor of the building...no elevator.

The flats are quite new, fully equipped including internet, iron, hairdryers and some water, milk and breakfast. It is located centrally, couple of minutes walking distance from great sites like San Marco or Rialto. Rooms are very clean, beds are good and there were 3 bathrooms and a big modern television. We were allowed to stay late at checkout as there were no guests the following day.

The heating fell out once in a while and needed a manual restart.

Close to points of interest. Private and secure Apartment. Good Internet facility in spite of saying no internet (in advert)

Washing Machine advertised had been removed.(No big deal but ad should be corrected)

It was in the heart of st. Mark square and food and shopping was great. The apartment was wonderful for the 4 of us and we found it so close to the Vaporreto which is the way to get around. It is good also to get a day pass for the Vaporretto or a 3 day one. Good for water and bus. great accommodation

Mr Tudor lacked the human side that is needed to make a tourist feel comfortable while visiting this area. He did not seem to be very interested in our questions and we thought that this could be improved. If it was a language problem that is one thing but I feel that anyone in the service industry should take an s interest.

Very close to evrything in Venice. Very nice appt. with 3 bathrooms, nice terrace to admire the city. Steps to everything around.

Great location, very modern and clean, and having the living room/kitchen was very nice.

The second bedroom only had single beds - which was not good for 2 married couples sharing the apartment. The breakfast was disappointing. A few dry packaged things was not breakfast - we could have packed those in our suitcase. There should have been cereal, a few fresh things such as fruit or bread with butter and jam.

Location is perfect for main shops and san marco. Appartment was spacious and well equipped

Was quite tricky to get to initially could do with recommendation from hotel. Payment by card doesn't have machine which is a little off putting.

The position was nice and central. The apartment was comfortable and the hosts were kind enough to leave some milk and breakfast for our first nights stay in Venice.

Almost everything was perfect and as described. Excellent service of Mr. Tudor! Flexibility (late arrival and late departure was no problem at all) Location is superb (very near to San Marco but quiet)

Difficult to find breakfast . Luckily we found a hotel very near the appartment, where we took excellent continental breakfast every morning (La Terraza of hotel Bonvecchiati). Although indicated that Breakfast is included, this is only so for the first morning.

Excellent location, good sized apartment for a family

Nice that the staff came to meet us at the taxi station. The air conditioning was amazing. Location could not be beat...great area. Very friendly staff... Bring cash to pay, we were not able to use credit cards. I would book this again in a heartbeat
