The perfect location, parking facilities, helpful staff , clean large room with private bath and modern kitchenette.Maria the innkeeper was very helpful and understanding when our trip was shortened due to bad weather. |

The hotel was very convenient for Lipari port, ferries, buses, town, restaurants and shops (5 minutes walk). Yet a very quiet, secure location with a car park. Reception staff very helpful indeed, breakfast on the terrace was very nice, good choice of food, staff very efficient and friendly. Bedroom large and air conditioned, modern bathroom. In all a treat to be there! |

Very comfortable accommodations. Staff very friendly and helpful. The location is remarkable - back off the main "drag" but close to everything. Quiet, comfortable rooms. |

We visited Lipari during the off season, which makes the hospitality at La Giara in some ways that much more notable. We got a great low season rate, but were never made to feel forgotten or under-appreciated, even on the night when we were the only guests. The staff was lovely, and we even made dinner one night using our lovely little kitchenette disguised as a closet. We had a bad mosquito problem one night, but that isn't the hotel's fault. |

We had a spacious and well- equipped apartment. Hotel is comfortably located very close to the harbour and main street with lots of restaurants and shops. Rooms are equipped with microoven,dishes,pots,cutlery and refrigerator. Towels are replaced every day. There is free safe, air conditioning and parking. I think La Giara is a perfect place to stay on Lipari. |

Behagelig stille beliggenhet, kun 100 meter fra den travle gata. Lyst og pent, nytt og rent. For oss var det ikke et problem - men personalet behersket dårlig engelsk. Informasjonen på hotellrommet kunne også med fordel vært bedre på engelsk, |

Chambre spacieuse, comfortable et bien équipée avec, de plus, un coin cuisine. Chaque chambre possède sa propre terrasse avec table et chaises donnant sur un beau jardin. Propreté irréprochable et très bon accueil. Personnel très serviable. L'hôtel est bien situé: au calme tout en étant proche du port et de l'arrivée des bateaux, de l'arrêt des bus qui permettent de visiter l'île et proche du centre ville. Le petit déjeuner, sous forme de buffet, est copieux et offre de la variété. Il est de plus servi sur une agréable terrasse entourée du jardin. |

Ho apprezzato la cortesia, la tranquillità, l'atmosfera quasi di casa che si respira,poichè anche se si tratta di un albergo c'è un rapporto più vicino anche con lo staff. unico inconveniente tra virgolette le troppe zanzare ( da considerare che l'albergo è attorniato dal verde), dovrebbero mettere o delle zanzariere o qualcos'altro.Ma è stato comunque un soggiorno bellissimo che raccomando a tutti |

La tranquillità, la cortesia del personale ed il buon livello di riservatezza La piscina non è completa ed il parcheggio è troppo visibile dalla zona comune di soggiorno, potrebbe essere mascherato con una bella cortina di verde. |

Accueil très chaleureux: conseils et propositions d'excursions pour une très belle visites des iles éoliennes . Très bien placé pour l'accès au port (visites des iles en bateau). Chambre très spacieuse. Manque la piscines (en cours de construction à l'été 2009). Petit dej un peu light (mais coin cuisine dans la chambre). Prix un peu élevé. |
