- Our room was clean and very spacious. We had a good view of the mountains from our balcony. - the shower had continuous hot water and the rooms were also well-heated. - The residence was up on a hill. It would be hard to reach on foot if it's snowing heavily. - although the bathroom is quite ample, there wasn't a hair dryer available.

Il residence si trova in ottima posizione, vicino alle piste da sci e al centro del paese. Le camere sono molto grandi e confortevoli e il personale molto gentile. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo! La pulizia delle camere non era ottima.

Il soggiorno è stato davvero gradevole, la casa molto accogliente, la cucina efficiente. Perfetto per chi vuole sciare senza spostarsi in macchina Purtroppo di ritorno dalle piste bisogna affrontare una ripida e avvilente salita, che spesso si ghiaccia

L'addetto alla reception, molto professionale, ha fornito buoni consigli sulla colazione e servizi di noleggio sci posizione tranqulla e vicina alle piste stanze ampie e pulite Da migliorare la stanza per deposito sci e scarponi , non è riscaldata ed aveva acqua a terra manca servizio portineria

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato al Residence la Riva per un fine settimana. Le camere sono molto grandi, pulite e quelle con angolo cottura (come la nostra) sono ben fornite di tutti gli accessori (pentole di ogni dimensione, posate di tutti I tipi, lavastoviglie..di tutto e di più!!) Sicuramente quando riandremo all'Abetone torneremo in questo residence! Ve lo consiglio anche per l'ottima posizione!

Ottima posizione vicino al centro ed impianti di risalita, appartamento semplice ma pulito, personale cordiale. Mancanza di asciugacapelli in bagno e non sarebbe male un servizio WI-FI.

Il giorno dell'arrivo mi hanno chiamato dalla reception per avere informazini sull'orario del mio arrivo per informarmi dove avrebbero lasciato le chiavi per avere accesso alla mia stanza... Visto che la reception chiudeva presto... Ma per essere un residence ci sta tutto!!!

Molto soddisfatti della pulizia della camera, della cordialità e disponibilità del personale. Cucina molto funzionale e vicinissimo agli impianti di risalita. Molto interessanti anche le convenzioni con il noleggio ed il ristorante.
