the peaceful atmosphere, the excellent breakfast, the beautiful antique textiles and antique & modern artwork discretely used in the decor, books & maps available for use, good restaurants 3 minutes walk away. the kitchen, dining room and sitting room facilities in the centre of each set of 4 bedrooms. this hotel both homely quietly stylish. |

Comfortable bed, good continental breakfast, interesting architecture (building converted from a mirror manufacturing plant, hence the name) We couldn't locate the hotel transport from Catania airport, and ended up taking a cab (for which we were overcharged) |

The service ,and kind of the staff is one of the best I have had. I consider the location very dangerous at night, since there is not parkin close to the hotel and the parking space they have is in a very dangerous positionbecause of the dark, far , and danger of the streets at night .besides you have to lift an iron cortin to put our car inside. |

Le service du personnel qui a été extraordinaire. Beaucoup d'aide du personnel de la réception. Conseils appropriés au sujet du prix du taxi, d'être prudente à l'aéroport. Aide avec les bagages. Etc etc. La cuisine n'était pas très propre. Beaucoup de vidanges, vaisselle pas lavée. Toutefois, c'était durant les fêtes de pâques |
