Free pick up from the port. Room had a large terrace overlooking the sea. We had a bedroom, dining-room/kitchen (with plenty of pots, plates and cutlery) with a pul-out bed/couch and bathroom with washing machine. The horizon pool at the top of the property was well kept and had great views over the bay. The jacuzzi was also great and there was a gym with 6 different exercise machines. Very friendly lady serving breakfast and good choice of breakfast food and drinks.

Nice hotel with beautiful pool. Easy acces by bus. Studio are nice for few days. Paola really help us when we need it... Without her, We would miss our boat! The fan was not working over the stove, so the smell of food stay in the room and they didn't fix it. The beach it's not very nice... For a stay to travel on the other ilands, I think it's better to stay in Lipari.

Ett mycket fräscht och välutrustat hotell. Vi hade både kitchennet och liten tvättmaskin. Härlig terass med havsutsikt och tillgång till pool med solstolar. Frukosten var riklig och god. Värdinnan mycket mån om sina gäster. Ett perfekt hotell för lugn och avkoppling.

La cortesia del personale e la loro disponibilità! Posizione del Residence davvero comoda a due passi dalla spiaggia di Canneto a dir poco splendida con annessi negozietti..bar e supermercati..Insomma tutto a portata di mano! Ottima scelta!

Tout était parfait, depuis ,l'accueil au port de Lipari, jusqu'au départ. Nous avons apprécié le cadre, le confort et surtout l'extrême attention du personnel (constitué principalement de la famille du propriétaire !)

L'appartamento era pulito, spazioso, aveva un bel terrazzo esterno con la possibilità di stendere. La vista sul mare era splendida e il personale cortese. La piscina e la zona solarium molto curate e pulite.

Struttura confortevole, servita dai mezzi pubblici, gradevoli la piscina e la Jacuzzi, ed anche la piccola palestra, bella la veranda privata con vista mare. Parecchie scale all'interno della struttura, forse scomoda per bimbi piccoli con passeggini. La colazione poteva essere più varia.

Il residence ha appartamenti molto carini con terrazza ampia e sdraio; è possibile cenare con vista mare.E' Situato a canneto, una zona molto tranquilla di Lipari (anche in pieno agosto, abbiamo goduto di grande tranquillità).Ha anche piscina e palestra.

Il residence è a due passi dalla spiaggia di Canneto che può essere raggiunta comodamente a piedi e questo è un gran vantaggio. Inoltre, nel residence c'è pure la piscina e l'idromassaggio. Utilissima la lavatrice negli appartamenti. La struttura è ben tenuta ed accogliente e la colazione è discreta. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Le zanzare tigre. Suggerisco ai proprietari di istallare le zanzariere alle finestre. Per il resto, nessuna lagnanza.
