Very lovely bedroom and clean . Staff were friendly. Hotel is central. Breakfast was poor in places as bread was stale and there was a poor choice. |

We really enjoyed our stay there. Breakfast up on the terrace was great. The location worked very well for us. The staff was very helpful in finding places to eat. The rooms were very comfortaable. |

Breakfast poor. I did not see any fresh fruit. Only one selection of cut meat 9 (this is the home of parma ham). Only one waitress serving about twenty people.Room for breakfast far too small. Not enough tables for all guests. See above. I would say this was more a two star hotel not three |

The staff is wonderful - friendly, helpful and efficient. To our positive suprise we were given an appartment - it was clean and spacious. The breakfast on the rooftop was also nice and adequate. The visit needs a bit of planning, since the front desk is operating only in the business hours and the breakfast is served from 8 to 9 only. However, you'll probably manage to find someone in case of need and there's a nice little pasticceria just around the corner. |

The hotel was very clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Having breakfast on the roof top was enjoyable. Great location, close to harbor and fish market. The hotel offered ajoining rooms which made it very confortable. |

The reception staff were excellent, very helpful and very informative about the area and about the available services, the room was very clean and the hotel is very central. Breakfast on the rooftop was lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any future travellers. |

very comfortable and good location It was very noisy, maily noise from inside the hotel, baning of doors, noise from staff located in an area on the ground floor who were staying in the room next to mine. Perhaps it might have been less obvious on the upper levels - I was on the first floor |

Its position was suberb being in the old town near the main street. Limited breakfast, items not replaced without specific request. |

Very helpful staff, room with great facilities, good breakfast. Very small shower, but that appears to be normal in Sicily (all other hotels had a similar sized shower). |

hotel bello in ottima posizione per la visita della città e per chi come noi è diretto alle egadi. camera ben arredata e spaziosa. colazione in terrazza con bellissima vista. colazione piuttosto carente e bagno poco fornito di prodotti e un pò spoglio |

camera molto spaziosa, al secondo piano, ottima posizione per visita al centro città, ma soprattutto per gite di un giorno alle isole essendo vicino al porto. Abbastanza rumoroso. Stanza lato strada. |
