L'emplacement de cet hotel est très bon, en plein dans le centre ancien de Trapani, (proximité du port et de la ville) la gentillesse des hotesses d'acceuil ainsi que leur dévouement. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est très agrélable. Le lit en 160 cm est très douillet. L'isolation phonique des chambres notamment les fenêtres et les bruits intérieurs de l'hotel. Heureusement la rue est plutôt calme la nuit. |

Nous avons trouvé l'endroit très bruyant, la salle de bains très mal fichue et la navette pour l'aéroport existe mais nous avons payé 40 euros ce qui n'est pas bon marché! Je ne comprends pas les quatre étoiles; |

La vue de la terrasse sur toute la ville, la mer et l'église à côté, personnel adorable, très bel hôtel dans la meilleure situation, au calme, à deux pas du centre d'une ville charmante. La salle de petit déjeuner tout en haut, lumineuse et avec accès à la terrasse, superbe. Tout était parfait |

The room we had was a triple for 2 adults, a young child and a baby. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find that it actually had 3 separate rooms, a little kitchen and separate bathroom, so was a really good size and offered lots of flexible sleeping arrangements for a family. I sent 5 e-mails asking for confirmation of a baby cot in the room and they did not reply to me which was frustrating and seemed a little rude. We were arriving in the middle of the night and I needed to know that a cot was going to be ready in the room as the Reception is only open until 8pm. |

Comfortable rooms, fairly quiet except construction was going on across from us. Staff was great, language not a problem Just the directions on getting to the hotel, it was hidden around the corner in the downtown core. We found it hard to find. |

the interior design of he hotel is colorful with most of the accessories in ceramics .... mediterranean style. Bfast was good especially when compared to other Italian/Sicilian hotels. Roof terrace for bfast was also lovely. Staff very helpful and speak English well. bad odour in the bathroom. The location of the hotel is in a residential area which is not that clean. Windows at the back of the hotel give sights to internal shafts full of pigeon/bird dirt or abondoned flats. |

Very lovely bedroom and clean . Staff were friendly. Hotel is central. Breakfast was poor in places as bread was stale and there was a poor choice. |

We really enjoyed our stay there. Breakfast up on the terrace was great. The location worked very well for us. The staff was very helpful in finding places to eat. The rooms were very comfortaable. |

Breakfast poor. I did not see any fresh fruit. Only one selection of cut meat 9 (this is the home of parma ham). Only one waitress serving about twenty people.Room for breakfast far too small. Not enough tables for all guests. See above. I would say this was more a two star hotel not three |

The staff is wonderful - friendly, helpful and efficient. To our positive suprise we were given an appartment - it was clean and spacious. The breakfast on the rooftop was also nice and adequate. The visit needs a bit of planning, since the front desk is operating only in the business hours and the breakfast is served from 8 to 9 only. However, you'll probably manage to find someone in case of need and there's a nice little pasticceria just around the corner. |

The hotel was very clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Having breakfast on the roof top was enjoyable. Great location, close to harbor and fish market. The hotel offered ajoining rooms which made it very confortable. |

The reception staff were excellent, very helpful and very informative about the area and about the available services, the room was very clean and the hotel is very central. Breakfast on the rooftop was lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any future travellers. |

very comfortable and good location It was very noisy, maily noise from inside the hotel, baning of doors, noise from staff located in an area on the ground floor who were staying in the room next to mine. Perhaps it might have been less obvious on the upper levels - I was on the first floor |
