Hotel Residence Le Chiavi Di San Francesco

La propreté laisse à désirer, les équipements très modeste, salle de bains avec cabine de douche cassée. Chambre pas jolie. Beaucoup de bruit. Nous avons eu froid. La terrasse pour le petit déjeuner a une vue vraiment moche. Le petit déjeuner pas très variés.

Nous avons apprécié la situation géographique dans la ville de Trapani, l'accueil et le service du personnel.

Il faudrait améliorer les petits déjeuner buffet qui sont très médiocre (pain et gateau rassis, peu de choix...). Il est aussi dommage de louer une résidence équipée avec four, plaques etc et ne pas avoir ni casseroles, ni poële ni même de couverts, assiettes ni ustensiles.

La vue de la terrasse sur toute la ville, la mer et l'église à côté, personnel adorable, très bel hôtel dans la meilleure situation, au calme, à deux pas du centre d'une ville charmante. La salle de petit déjeuner tout en haut, lumineuse et avec accès à la terrasse, superbe.

Tout était parfait

The room we had was a triple for 2 adults, a young child and a baby. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find that it actually had 3 separate rooms, a little kitchen and separate bathroom, so was a really good size and offered lots of flexible sleeping arrangements for a family.

I sent 5 e-mails asking for confirmation of a baby cot in the room and they did not reply to me which was frustrating and seemed a little rude. We were arriving in the middle of the night and I needed to know that a cot was going to be ready in the room as the Reception is only open until 8pm.

the interior design of he hotel is colorful with most of the accessories in ceramics .... mediterranean style. Bfast was good especially when compared to other Italian/Sicilian hotels. Roof terrace for bfast was also lovely. Staff very helpful and speak English well.

bad odour in the bathroom. The location of the hotel is in a residential area which is not that clean. Windows at the back of the hotel give sights to internal shafts full of pigeon/bird dirt or abondoned flats.

The staff speak English, the room was nice, the aircondition was cold enough.

We really enjoyed our stay there. Breakfast up on the terrace was great. The location worked very well for us. The staff was very helpful in finding places to eat. The rooms were very comfortaable.

The staff is wonderful - friendly, helpful and efficient. To our positive suprise we were given an appartment - it was clean and spacious. The breakfast on the rooftop was also nice and adequate.

The visit needs a bit of planning, since the front desk is operating only in the business hours and the breakfast is served from 8 to 9 only. However, you'll probably manage to find someone in case of need and there's a nice little pasticceria just around the corner.

The hotel was very clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Having breakfast on the roof top was enjoyable. Great location, close to harbor and fish market. The hotel offered ajoining rooms which made it very confortable.

It was very noisy, maily noise from inside the hotel, baning of doors, noise from staff located in an area on the ground floor who were staying in the room next to mine. Perhaps it might have been less obvious on the upper levels - I was on the first floor
