Zeer goede airco. Ruime kamer. Géén eigen parking. Wel parking te vinden, maar dan wel in de ruime omgeving. Zeer zwak (en slordige borden en koppen) ontbijt. |

Vriendelijk personeel, goed werkende airco ( was echt nodig wegens grote hitte! ); goede ligging Tijdens warme zomermaanden zou het ontbijt vroeger mogen beginnen ( 7u ) . Het is reeds zeer warm op het dakterras om 8 u !! Het is een "zuiders ontbijt" met veel zoetigheden voor de liefhebbers ! jammer dat er geen zwembad(je)of jacuzzi was ... |

Ik vond het personeel heel vriendelijk en vanuit het zwembad had je een mooi zicht over de vulkaan. |

Het personeel was behulpzaam en heeft bijvoorbeeld uitgezocht wanneer waar de bus naar het vliegveld vertrok. Het ontbijt startte pas om 0800 uur. |

Personeel was erg vriendelijk. Kamer, dakterrras en ontbijt waren oke.Ligging is centraal, je bent vlakbij het oude centrum. Parkeren van de auto kan problematisch zijn. Ontbijt werd te laat geserveerd. Als je 's morgens naar de luchthaven moet is 08.00 u te laat. Ook als je op tijd 's morgens iets wil gaan bezoeken is dit toch echt te laat. |

Het hotel is prima van opzet. Simpel, proper en prima ingericht! De sfeer die het hotel uitstraalt is erg goed en de ligging is ook prima! De mogelijkheden tot gezellig/lekker/betaalbaar uit eten zijn minimaal in Trapani. |

Prima kamer, nieuwe lift(handig met veel bagage),receptie was ook op niet aangegeven uren open. I.v.m. vroeg vertrek, voor 07.00u geen ontbijt mogelijk.In de verre omgeving van hotel geen fatsoenlijke restaurants te vinden. |

origineel ingericht hotel goed ontvangst behulpzaam personeel goed en uitgebreid ontbijt het is er erg gehorig maar dat is niet te verkomen in een centrum van een drukke stad met smalle straatjes hoge gebouwen |

The room we had was a triple for 2 adults, a young child and a baby. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find that it actually had 3 separate rooms, a little kitchen and separate bathroom, so was a really good size and offered lots of flexible sleeping arrangements for a family. I sent 5 e-mails asking for confirmation of a baby cot in the room and they did not reply to me which was frustrating and seemed a little rude. We were arriving in the middle of the night and I needed to know that a cot was going to be ready in the room as the Reception is only open until 8pm. |

Comfortable rooms, fairly quiet except construction was going on across from us. Staff was great, language not a problem Just the directions on getting to the hotel, it was hidden around the corner in the downtown core. We found it hard to find. |

the interior design of he hotel is colorful with most of the accessories in ceramics .... mediterranean style. Bfast was good especially when compared to other Italian/Sicilian hotels. Roof terrace for bfast was also lovely. Staff very helpful and speak English well. bad odour in the bathroom. The location of the hotel is in a residential area which is not that clean. Windows at the back of the hotel give sights to internal shafts full of pigeon/bird dirt or abondoned flats. |

Very lovely bedroom and clean . Staff were friendly. Hotel is central. Breakfast was poor in places as bread was stale and there was a poor choice. |

Breakfast poor. I did not see any fresh fruit. Only one selection of cut meat 9 (this is the home of parma ham). Only one waitress serving about twenty people.Room for breakfast far too small. Not enough tables for all guests. See above. I would say this was more a two star hotel not three |

The staff is wonderful - friendly, helpful and efficient. To our positive suprise we were given an appartment - it was clean and spacious. The breakfast on the rooftop was also nice and adequate. The visit needs a bit of planning, since the front desk is operating only in the business hours and the breakfast is served from 8 to 9 only. However, you'll probably manage to find someone in case of need and there's a nice little pasticceria just around the corner. |

The hotel was very clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Having breakfast on the roof top was enjoyable. Great location, close to harbor and fish market. The hotel offered ajoining rooms which made it very confortable. |

The reception staff were excellent, very helpful and very informative about the area and about the available services, the room was very clean and the hotel is very central. Breakfast on the rooftop was lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any future travellers. |
