The family room was was much bigger than expected, with two separate rooms. The kitchenette was well fitted out, and there was a small deck. The restaurant next door, just a few steps away, was really good and affordable.
The train line is very close, and lots of trains rumble past during the day, but between 10pm and 6am there was not many trains. Some people may not like the noise, but my sleep was not disrupted at all.
This city centre hotel offers excellent facilities. The staff are obliging and anxious to help. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and the bedrooms and bathroom are well appointed. Located right next to the station, it is convenient for walks around the old city.
Sadly, the trains that rumble through the adjacent station throughout the night will adversely affect the slumber of all but the deepest of sleepers.
Staff appeared to be quite friendly and give good recommendations on the places of interest in the city. Location was relatively close to the city centre.
Building is right next to the train tracks. Extremely noisy. Water heater did not work. Staff could not fix the issue despite coming in repeatedly. No refund was given, nor room change nor compensation. Mattress was of poor quality.Could feel the spring inside the mattress.
Extremely kind service personnel. Phoned in advance to find out about our time of arrival. Very helpfull with luggage and flexible with departure times. Functional, clean and comfortable appartment, ideally located for a stop over while travelling long distance.
A few trains rushing by during the night
Everything was good! Very close to the the center of Arezzo. Pizza on the first flour is perfect. People in the hotel are amazing! Kitchen was equipped with everything to cook!
Receptionist Flavio was very helpful. So were Simone and the cleaning lady. The shortcut to the train station. The external design of the building. The restaurant downstairs.
The breakfast was minimal and there was only sweet confectionery served.
As a business traveller, on this trip I have stayed at three apartment hotels in Italy. Residence Le Corniole was excellent, as were the others. The Residence: great location close to station. Clean, spacious rooms. Large dining table to work at. Staff most helpful. Free wifi that was easy to access.
because of the breaksfast, bed and noises
clean and comfortable studio, kitchen is decently equipped. Free bottle of water and packaged breakfast items. There is a coffee machine at the ground floor. Staff is friendly and useful. The residence is close to the train tracks but very few trains transit overnight.
We appreciated the enthusiastic and helpful reception, the smartness of the well-equipped apartment, the close proximity to the station (as we were travelling by train) and the easy walk into the centre of town.
Despite good double-glazing some train noise at night kept me awake but not my husband.
really couldn't find any other place with parking opportunity close to city walls. It's an apartment, don't expect much, you'll have your place to park and sleep.
to me it was somehow missing a character, really wou;dn't like an idea of spending more time there.
the clean bedroom and bathroom.
The noise coming from the trains that pass by the station near the hotel.
