We were upgraded ton a large 2 bedroom appartment which gave us a lot of space. The apparment block is situated in the middle of a housing estate-it is quite a long walk to town. There are far too many mosquitoes and other flying insects. The living area is not comfortable. The appartment staff were rarely available(it was off season).

La casa é molto grande e i proprietari molto disponibili. Dato che avevamo una bimba piccola ci hanno dato l'appartamento a piano terra con giardino e la scaletta che arrivava fino ai loro garage dove c'erano i loro bimbi che giocavano.

Wasmachine ter beschikking met mogelijkheid de was onder afdak over nacht te laten drogen. Verder alles prima voor een appartement met parkeermogelijkheid. Loopafstand naar centrum 10-15 minuten. verhuurder kon iets communicatieve zijn.

Extrem grosszügig, haben ein Einzimmer-Studio gemietet und ein 2-Zimmer-Studio mit grossem Wohnzimmer erhalten :) Sehr sauber Sehr nahe beimSegelclub. Klimaanlage war nicht bedienbar.

Das Apartment war sehr geräumig und komplett ausgestattet. Eine abschließbare Parkmöglichkeit war direkt in der hauseigenen Garage kostenlos vorhanden. Innerhalb von ca. zehn Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum von Marsala. Bei unserer Ankunft war kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Eine Nachbarin hat die leider nur italienisch sprechende ältere Dame informiert, dass wir wohl ein Apartment angemietet hätten. In der Bestätigung stand, dass man zwischen 7:00 und 0:00 Uhr anreisen könne! Mit der Enkelin der Dame konnten wir uns dann auf englisch verständigen. Über den ganzen Aufenthalt hatten wir außer der Dame keinen Ansprechpartner. In der Dusche waren teilweise Schimmelsporen und es waren auf den Möbeln Handabdrücke und Spuren von den vorigen Gästen. Sehr hellhöriges Haus.

отдыхали в августе 2012 г,двое взрослых,один ребенок,аппартаменты были очень большие,две отдельных комнаты,большая отдельная кухня со всеми приспособлениями и техникой,3 балкона.большая ванная комната.все чисто.интернет работал хорошо. центральный песчаный пляж находится в 3 км.от аппартаментов,без машины не удобно,до центр.остановки 15 мин.пешком,потом на автобусе,кот.ходит 1 раз в 1,5 час.ближайший пляж в 15 мин.ходьбы,но он платный,10 евро два лежака,дно сильно каменистое.

Mycket trevlig personal som erbjöd all tänkbar service och gav massa tips.Stor lägenhet med alla tänkbara bekvämligheter. Nära till gamla stan, shopping och restauranger samt badplats. Något svårt att hitta från stationen.

pulito ed i locali spaziosi e nuovi. staff cordiale nonostante il residence sia nuovo l'impianto di condizionamento non è adeguato. sia nell'appartamento per due sia in quello grande x famiglie, esiste solo un condizionatore ed è veramente poco. Inoltre quando è in funzione, fa un rumore insopportabile, sembra avere una lavatrice sempre accesa e non si riesce a dormire.

Ho prenotato all'ultimo momento e, non essendo disponibile l'appartamento richiesto, ho avuto allo stesso prezzo un alloggio più grande ed estremamente confortevole, con vista sullo Stagnone. La struttura è nuovissima, e le rifiniture e le dotazioni sono complete: ottimo per una famiglia, anche numerosa. E' disponibile il posto auto gratuito. Il responsabile si è dimostrato molto solerte e cortese, pur nella brevità del nostro soggiorno: ci ha consigliato un ottimo ristorante nel centro storico di Marsala e ci ha offerto le ottime more del suo gelso, rischiando il candore della camicia di lino.... La posizione è vicinissima al lungomare e non è lontana dal centro storico e dalla zona archeologica, raggiungibili anche a piedi. Unico neo, solo apparente: non bisogna farsi impressionare dal "look" del quartiere, un po' stile "speculazione..."

Appartamento grande, molto pulito, ben riscaldato. Molto vicino al centro. Pavimenti non insonorizzati, si sentono i passi delle persone che si trovano dell'appartamento superiore.

Un véritable appartement vaste et accueillant. Grande cuisine équipée et belle chambre dans une résidence sécurisée. Aucun problème de parking, la rue calme dispose de places à souhait. Un bémol pour l'insonorisation insuffisante. Le moindre pas à l'étage du dessus se fait entendre... éTonnant pour un immeuble de construction récente.
