Clean and well equiped apartment.

Double bed is two twin bed together. Location is distant to the city center (about 25/30 minutes walking).

The room was clean. There is a supermarket nearby, so we could buy groceries easily. And the kitchenware is quite enough.

It's really far from the city centre actually and it took us about half an hour to walk to the main station. Also, the location is not easy to find. The beds were not so comfortable.

There was no bathtub as shown in the pictures and I was really diappointed because I booked it because the web page showed it There was a glazed floor (no wood) and therefore nor so comfortable for the feed TV was often broken down and apart of one english and one french only italian channels The air conditionning was broken down

Location was good for a reasonable walk into the city centre and was good value for money for Florence. Secure parking was excellent.

Sound proofing not so good, the street was quite but some noise from other apartments.

The "apartment" is very spacious, in quet area, good location close to public transport

Entry into the building is clean and you are tempted to think that everything is the same, but the apartment is dirty. In fact is not an apartment, is a large room where there is a wooden cage "bedroom".

The Apartment was neat and good .

The apartment is located not exactly close to any attractions but quite close to the railway station.There were no amenities like quick things that you would need as soon as you arrive like cofee , Sugar etc etc.

I liked very much the friendly and helpful personnel at the residence. The apartment is nice and quiet. The bus connection (29) to the center of Florence is good.

Very silent and nice clean. Confortable for a couple or even for a family.The shopping centre is next to the apartmant.

Huge apartment. It is clean and quiet, it is next to the bus station, take around 10 minutes to the S.M.n train station, its next to the supermarket called coop which is very convenient, and there is a good restaurant nearby

You have to pay for late check in, the hot water is not working well, the location is a bit dangerous

even it is not close to the city center, but just 3 minutes' walk from the bus stop. there is also a big supermarket nearby. the room is super big and very clean. furniture are new and comfortable. overall, everything is perfect.

Ticks all the boxes. Nice, clean room. Comfortable bed. Super nice staff, with very good english. 15-20 minutes walking from historic city center, bus stop just beside the hotel. Everything you within few steps - big supermartket, tabacco shops, couple of bars to grab breakfast. We were leaving on Sunday and were going to leave a luggage in a reception, but since it was closed, we were allowed to leave it in a room and keep a key for a little longer. Much appreciated. Would definetely stay there, once in Florence again.

Strongly recommended! We liked our staying in 'Residence Leopoldo'. It's comfortable, clean and quiet place. Although the apartments are not located in the historic center it doesn't take much time to get to old town and the most historic attractions of Florence. The bus stop is situated on Piazza Pietro Leopoldo in the immediate vicinity from the apartments. So if you take the bus 20 you will find yourself on Piazza San Marco in 5-10 minutes. The bus 28 goes to Santa Maria Novella railway station from where you may easily take a day trip to Pisa. Besides the bus 28 is more convenient to return to 'Residence Leopoldo' from the center because the reverse route of the bus 20 is somewhat tricky. Taxi is rather expensive pleasure in Florence. The fare to get to the apartments from the center is 15-20 € in the evening. The apartment definitely looks like the new one, it is spacious and well furnished. The kitchenette has all you may need for preparing meals. It has enough dishes for cooking and serving. The only things we could complain about are the use of refrigerator top as the work table and the lack of kitchen towels. In fact it didn't cause discomfort. There is the excellent supermarket 'Coop' just in a few minutes walk from the apartments. It's very convenient if you want to try your hand in cooking italian cuisine. But pay attention to supermarket's work hours. At home we got accustomed that such large supermarkets usually work until late night and we were a bit surprised by the closed doors at 21-00 (on Saturday it works until 13-30!). Fortunately on the other side of the square there is a small indian shop where one may buy the basic food. There is also very nice cafe 'Mokarico' on the square. Espresso is perfect, pasticceria is delicious, cannoli are just adorable. The cafe is situated very close and we used to go there in the evening to have a cup of coffee and to buy croissants or other desserts to take away.

The were only two things that lightly upset us. First, instead of double bed there were two single beds in the room, one of them was transformable. Second, although it was the end of September mosquitoes were troubling us during the nights especially the first one. The closed balcony door may partly decide this problem. So if you plan to stay there in the warmer months the idea to take some antimosquito things may seem right.

As we are not "self-catering" travelers the room was not something we could appreciate. With that said it would be great for those who are. It is near a supermarket and several bread shops. The room has a pull-out sofa, dishwasher, stove, washing machine, dishes, pots, pans, glassware and cutlery. There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen and a small table is what can be considered a dining area. The lady...sorry forgot her name, in the office is fabulous! The propery is not in the center of Florence's historic center but in a lovely residential area and thehistoric center is easily accessible by bus and the stop is around the corner. Around the corner is a splendid cafe which is clearly a favorite of the locals as we saw many of the same people in the morning and evening and became our favorite too. The pastries are divine and there is a small seriously inexpensive and plentiful bufffet in the evening available until about 9:00 p.m.

There should have been instructions on how to operate the appliances as we would have loved to have done laundry. However, we could have inquired but apparently did not want to laundry that badly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival. The place was very quiet and clean. It was easy to reach by public transport. It felt a very safe reliable place to stay. Especially if you like self catering.

There were a few minor things like no bedside lamp but it was a studio apartment. The floor of the shower was slippery and the anti slip mat was even more slippery. The wifi was a bit unreliable. It had a come and go quality but was free.

The apartment was very quiet, clean and comfortable. the reception was kind and helpful. i strongly recommend it to the other travelers.

si e' creato un logico misundersting con la struttura B&B Leopoldo, dove ero convinto di aver prenotato, sito a pochi civici di distanza dal residence Leopoldo con il residence Leopoldo (peraltro nella stessa via c'erano due civici identici differenti solo dal colore il che ha generato un ulteriore equivoco). La sistemazione era veramente modesta e poco suggestiva. Non ci tornerei.

Residence Leopoldo is een aangename plek om te verblijven.

Een ernstig minpunt is de ligging, een vijftal kilometer verwijderd van het centrum. Nu, dat weet je bij voorbaat en dat hoeft op zich dan ook geen probleem te zijn. Bussen 20 en 28 stoppen immers vlakbij. Maar dat is buiten de Florentijnse vervoersmaatschappij gerekend. Deze bussen houden zich compleet niet aan hun uurregeling. Bovendien staan ze om totaal duistere redenen om de haverklap in panne. Zodat iedereen mag uitstappen en verder zijn plan kan trekken. Onvoorstelbaar! Wachttijden lopen al vlug op, soms tot 45! minuten. In de spitsuren zitten die bussen ook zo eivol dat je al blij mag zijn dat je überhaupt mee kan. Als een sardien in een blik, daverend over de keien van Firenze. Enfin, Italië op zijn smalst dus. Extra vermoeiend allemaal.

I letti non erano due singoli bensì un divano letto con un secondo a cassetto. La doccia è pericolosa perchè scivolosa, è stato messo un tappettino di gomma che ha peggiorato le cose facendomi cadere malamente.

Accueil chaleureux, personnel parlant français. L'appartement est bien équipé, propre. Possibilité de garer la voiture dans la résidence pour une somme raisonnable, 10€ par jour, et de se déplacer en bus (arrêt de bus à 100m)

Muy Recomendable, muy cómodo.

Pulizia, gentilezza e posizione. Tranquillità e centralità del posto. Fermata autobus a 50 metri altrimenti 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione.

Divano letto (comodo) invece del letto.

Le bain, les éléctro, Le petit balcon, les ustensiles, le chauffage réglable, le supermarché coop tout prés. La gentillesse du personnel ,l'ascenseur et la propreté des locaux.

Le lit double était en faite un canapé dépliable avec deux matelas séparé. Il reste loin du centre , a pied il ne faut pas espéré y arriver en moins de 45min. En bus il faut 1/4heure max.
