Good place- 20 minute to Vatican by metro. It's not center location- but it's not difficult to reach the center. Simply, Clean, comfort
The location looks problematic at night (walking from the metro to hotel) But it's not.
I loved my room, very comfortable and nice, it had a kitchenette and a balcony. The facilities were nice and kept very very clean. From outside, the hotel had this quaint old fashioned look, it had character. Inside the rooms however were very modern and up to date. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was home away from home. The hotel was also very close to the city center. It's situated right in an ideal location
I would suggest that they add on free wifi services to their facilities as this will go a long way in attracting more customers and free breakfast also. Also the smell of the airfreshner was choking me when I came in, I later got used to it, but an odourless airfreshner should be used in the rooms while a light fragrance should be sprayed just to give the room a nice scent instead of using a very strong scent that people could react to.
only 1 bus to Vatican, everywhere else prepare for alot of connecting bussess. Room was big and clean.
Bus routes past hotel dont run anymore, prepare for a good walk, then connect 3-4bussess to get anywhere, only Vatican is close by 1bus,no restaurant or cafe nearby. Hard mattress and wifi not free
Free ample parking, we got a complimentary breakfast for our first stay there, quiet and relaxing area, close to the city if you have a car, good value for money in a city which is usually very expensive hotel wise.
If you dont have a car, the place is not for you. To get there you must walk a lot and at night the area doesnt seem that nice (it isnt dangerous, just looks dodgy). Interior Decor could use a fix up, it was really a feeling of being in an old place. It's a bit of a hilly walk to the main door, so again, if you dont have a car and lots of luggage, dont go.
Spacious room, good value for money.
Clean room, but I can hear neighbour alarm clock)
It is really far away from metro. The bus interval is long. Weard smell in lobby.
Notting. Worst place I've stayed it. The flush did not work and there was no hot water in my room.
Great little place to get your head down and suited my needs. Vatican City only 1 stop in the metro which was at the end of the street. Staff where very helpful and kept my bags in the last day so I can explore more of Rome as I had a night flight .
Couldn't get the shower to warm up.
