The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The hotel looks good in the pictures but in reality is quite rundown. Our room wasn't horrible but our friends was quite bad. The beds are rockhard, the futon couch in the 'living room' was torn, there were holes in the wall ... it was not nice at all. |

The hotel is lovely, it was so hard leaving! The location from the metro was a bit offputting, being down a long, quiet road which is used mostly for dumping. No issues with the area though, the locals were very friendly. |

Great and friendly staff with a few who knows English. The location is close to Metro A, grocery store and restaurants. The room we got included a small kitchen, dining table, utensils, and cooking materials. Very clean and great use of space. Has small elevator to take you up the floors which is a welcome feature, especially after a long day walking through the Rome sites. Doors do little to keep the noise coming in from hallway. When you have the windows open, you can hear trains go by in the distance throughout the day, but not a big problem. |

the info about locations (400 m from the A subway) is wrong. the distance from subway is more then 1 km but I guess this is the italian style. ;) |

non ci hanno accolto assegnandoci una camera e ci hanno dato solo le chiavi. la sera tardi siamo rientrati quando la reception era chiusa, e la camera era occupata da altri; abbiamo dovuto cercare il personale di turno e dopo ci hanno assegnato una camera diversa che comunque non era molto pulita. |

La disponibilità dei gestori. Le camere sono sporche, la moquette andrebbe lavata ogni tanto, i cuscini cambiati completamente. La colazione non prefede buffet, bassa qualità |

Según la web está centrico y muy cerca de la parada del metro. Pero realmente está en un barrio "malo" y el metro está cerca si es de día, pero de noche nadie se atreve a ir por esa calle |

Le camere sono ampie, essendo strutturato a residence, la mia doppia era un mini appartamento di due vani su due piani, soggiorno con cucinotto e un soppalco con la camera e il bagnetto. quindi ottima vivibilità delle camere e buona qualità prezzo. la maggiore cura delle stanze non guasterebbe, ma nel complesso ripeto, un buon hotel. |
