Kredittkortet ble belasta ved bestilling. Jeg kontakta hotellet og de sa at det var noe galt ved hjemmesida (?) deres. Det bekrefta imidlertid at kortet var belasta og jeg betalte bare tilleggskostnader ved avreise. |

the room was bigger than expected and the large deck was an additional plus. Include free wireless with the room and it would have been that much better. |

The breakfast was ok, but always the same. The room was large. The sataff was helpful. Location neat to station. Kids was not allowed to go to swim. |

great value for our family of 6, large room with full sized fridge, close to train station - don't take cab to it from the main train station, the subway/train is easy breakfast wasn't exciting, coffee was good though. |

The breakfast was very poor in this hotel. The coffee machine was constantly broken the juices was bad couple times, not fresh fruits at all. The cleaning service was so bad. We will not stay in this hotel in the future and will not recommend to anyone unless they will start to pay attention to the customer comments. We thing this hotel is two star Hotel. The breakfast in this hotel is very poor, the coffee machine is constantly breacking up |

they provided us with a suite even though we'd only asked for a double superior room. The 2 attached rooms were spacious and the attached kitchen was a nice surprise. The location of the hotel was also convenient. The restaurant next door was very good and the staff were friendly. 1 not enough hot water in first suite. Took them a while to respond to our complaints, but they did put us in another similar suite later that morning. 2 absolutely abysmal breakfast; coffee machine didn't work for 2 days. Staff were not very responsive to complaints. 3 staff at reception not consistently professional and friendly. One barely looked at us when addressing our queries. |
