Staff was very considerate and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed exceptionally comfortable. The local restaurants very good.
The ladder to get to the bed in the loft.
location , staff , value of money were perfect ...we enjoyed our stay
Location is excelent, friendly staff... Very close to Termini station...
The location was perfect, close to the colosseum and most attractions yet away from the noise. Apart from our visit the Vatican City we walked everywhere. The staff were more than helpful, they arranged for the taxi to and from the airport (although we decided to make our own way back on the terravision bus). The apartment felt very safe and was close to the tuodi (discount supermarket) to stock up on supplies. The apartment was very clean.
The check in office is located a few doors down from the apartments.
Great location, one block from the Colosseum. It's also in a Palazzo which is pretty neat. The Wifi works great and the room and bathroom was very clean. The kitchenette was also very convenient, along with a grocery store right around the corner. The staff was very helpful and let us check in early as well. Our three dogs were allowed as well, for no extra charges.
The bed was comfortable but I can never get used to those very thin pillows that so many European hotels have, so that's my one minor gripe. The offered parking is steep at 30 Euro a day, especially when you can park on the street anywhere around the several blocks around which always have abundant spots, for only about 11 Euro for 24 hours. Use the parking meter and it only charges 20 cents every 15 minutes, not including 23:00 to 8:00. Those times are free.
This isn’t really a hotel; more like an apartment. It is in a great location, just a short walk to the Coliseum. The room was basic but has everything you need and was very modern and clean and was a great base for exploring the city.
The only gripe I would have was the noise from the street outside the apartment, there were a few restaurants just below and this got quite noisy at night, also the walls in the rooms were pretty thin so if you have noisy neighbours (like we did) then it feels like you’re almost sat in the room with them, but if you are exhausted from your sightseeing as we were, then you would likely sleep through it.
the woman who greeted us was 1 of 2 people who were nice to us in Rome. They carried our heavy bags up to our room. We were within walking distance to the coloseum
the beds need to be upgraded
Service provider have us wonderful experience whenever we got into trouble and problem we met about the room even the the city.
The Wi-Fi service is really bad. It would out of service very offen and not enough strong to service 4 I-phone. Washing machine was out of service. It made bit unconvenive to us, but the host was kind to find solution for us. Bathtub is one of the thing we felt bad also
Photos not representative of facilities. Very little living space. Poor kitchen facilities.
The location was really good, there were several nice restaurants around the area. The Coloseum was right in front of you which was amazing
The shower was a bit small given the age of the building and kitchen could be updated a bit
The location is good because it's only a few minutes from the Colosseo. The room was complete with kitchen, tv, ac, wi-fi.
I was expecting more of a tub instead of just a shower head. The apartment also isn't directly across from the Colosseo, while the pictures were showing that it is.
Awesome location with spectacular view and beautiful spacious, apartment
Had problems with the water temperature in the showers and the cleaning service was a little unreliable
Near the colosseo, accommodating mr andrea, free leaving of baggage at the counter
There is no elevator, no adapter, reception is not 24hrs, payment of late check in, i was prematurely charged.
Location Staff Cleanliness Friendliness Always helpful
The Bathroom was nice and new, but the shower would allow water to run out of the shower onto the floor (which is easily fixable by putting a towel at the end of the shower base) The office always seemed to be locked because there was only one staff member to show you where your room was and to check you in (I would suggest getting a "We'll be back in x amount of minutes sign")
Such a great location, less than a block away from the Colosseum and had all the facilities we needed and more. Even included a kitchenette and a washing machine. Great little courtyard right outside our door and was very homey.
The wi-fi was only on for the first couple of days and then turned off for our last 2 days during our stay.
The location was good, close to transportation and attractions
Very poor communication concerning check in. We arrived early in the morning, and were not told the office to check in wasn't open until after 9:30. We were left in the rain for two hours waiting for an office staff member to show up. If we were told that they were not there until 9:30 and had no where to wait, we would have waited at the airport. They also didn't confirm that the shuttle that picked us up was adequate and we had to take two vehicles from the airport incurring additional expense.
The location was perfect.
Thought it was an apartment. Would have loved a pantry unit.
Perfect in every way!
Very well located Clean Comfortable Affordable price (for Rome) Kind, knowledgeable staff Liked the convenience of having a small fridge and cookware
Restrictive check-in hours
Great location for walking to traing station as well as walking to Colliseum.
Single beds which were too small.
I loved this location!! It was absolutely perfect for me, a studio just steps away from the Colosseum; the ladies were fabulous they up graded me to this wonderful studio at no extra cost. They were extremely helpful, friendly and they made the remainder of my vacation a great experience. Cozy and private, it was surprisingly quiet for it's location; surrounded my fabulous places to eat, a grocery store, pubs and bars, gelato, post office, ATM machines and the metro Coloseo stop... it was perfecto!! I felt like I actually lived in Rome, you can walk everywhere and every corner boasts Roman ruins or Renaissance master works. I highly recommend you work with this amazing residency they have many locations and pair you up with the right one to better suit you.
Nothing!! They were fantastic!!
The location was perfect and there is a small bar next to it where we took our breakfast was awesome
Location and self contained apartment.
Cooking facilities available but matches required which I didn't realise until I came to use the hob after reception closed.
The location is very very good, the room is cozy and wifi works.
Perfect place to stay, highly recommened.
