cheap hostel, near the beach(1-2minutes walk), clean and comfortable, shops and restaurants are close, also the bus station.
- Very close to the beach. - Easy access to the centre of Rimini and commercial areas. - Free parking on front of the residence.
- There were problems with the wifi. - Loud people during the nights in the house.
Wifi inexistant Parking prive payant 5€ par jour
Close to the beach, lovely bakery around the corner. We needed somewhere to stay and eat breakfast. The accommodation was very basic but we didn't require anything more. With a car it is easy to travel to other locations. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Wifi didn't work as expected. There aren't many good restaurants in the area so you need to look for alternatives if you get a bit fed up with run of the mill pizza and pasta all of the time.
near the beach
extra costs for beds on the beach, located in a crowded area so if somebody is looking for peace, they don't find it. No swimming pool which was shown on the advert.
Great location - beach, supermarket, church 50 meters from the residence. Very good breakfast, friendly and very flexible staff. Nice and spacious apartments. Great restaurant La Posada 200 meters away. Free bikes. San Marino 40 minute drive from the residence. Rimini downtown 40 minute walk distance. Beach has great facilities (if you pay beach access) - petang, voleyball, all sorts of sports facilities for adult and kids as well.
Wi-fi did not work properly sometimes. Sea was dirty in the afternoon.
I've stayed at this residence twice now and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Rivabella. The location is conveniently close to beach access, room and amenities were exactly what we needed to enjoy our week long stay and the staff go above and beyond to help out. Anastasia especially made us feel very welcome, always had a friendly smile and eagerly helped us with any queries we had. Our dog was welcome to stay in the room with us too which made us feel right at home. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday!
Wifi on the 6th floor is non existent. Not a problem for us as we spent little time in the room, however for the internet obsessed it might be an issue.
I like the location, because it is realy near to the sea. There is nice and clean bathroom. The breakfast is also good.
According to the pictures of the room I've chosen, there should be bedroom and kitchen, but in reality there is one room where is the bed and kitchen nett. At the end it was enough, but in the beggining we were disapointed. And I realy don't like this bed stuff - you habe only some blanket and sheet. They wash the sheet, but the blanket thay don't wash. I know that this is normal in hotels in south Europe, but I think that it is very unhygienic.
A very friendly and helpful staff, the beach is app. 50 m from the appartment and the shops are also close to it, ideal for family with little kids (lots to do on the beach).
Little bit shabby.
Staff absolutely commited to guests comfort and satisfaction.
Many times Wi-Fi connection would be lost.
Good value for price.
WiFi was patchy and slow.
staff was very nice, Anatasia spoke English well which made check in easy. We were traveling with two young toddlers (3 & 1) and this one bedroom apartment/hotel worked out well. The location was great, 100 feet or so from a nice sandy beach that had an AWESOME playground that our boys LOVED. We stayed here for 3 nights in early May so we basically had the beach to our selves. The beach umbrellas were only available for hire on Saturday since it was not busy season (you could bring your own since no one is around). The hotel let us take some of their towels down to the beach which was nice. The room was clean, kitchen facilities were stocked with dishes and cooking utensils (NO spices or oil so bring your own if you desire). Plenty of storage space in drawers, closets and cupboards. The bathroom had a small basket with toiletries (2 body lotions, 2 small packets of shampoo, 2 bars of soap, 2 hair caps and 2 hand sanitizing wipes). The hotel was VERY flexible with us about our check out time which was a HUGE help because my husband was racing the day we left so we didn't have to rush our check out. The restaurant La Posada right down the street gives guests a 10% discount - we ate there one night and the food we had was good and reasonably priced. Their kitchen opens at 7 and they get VERY crowded in busy season so you might need reservations. Several small fruit stands/shops are available within easy walking distance. The restaurant Matilda just a few blocks down the road (right by the canal) had good pizza. I will recommend this hotel to others because overall it was a great deal and the staff was accommodating and welcoming.
beds were VERY firm...even by European standards, we had a had time sleeping because they were so hard. noise from rowdy downstairs neighbors on Friday night at 1am made me really mad - not the hotels fault, but since there is not staff onsite 24/7 no one was there to threaten them to be quiet. parking would be difficult during the busy times of year. we were able to park on the street in front of the hotel all 3 days, but it has very limited spots available
