the location of it and the staff, big rooms the 3stairs to get you to the lift and the lift was so small....i didn't like them only because we have a son on the wheelchair otherwise they were fine

Remarkably easy to get to from a32 or a5 motorways north of Turin by taking the 'spoke of the wheel motorway' linking the city to the airport, towards the city centre. Its underground garage seemed reassuringly secure and well worth the 6 euro/ night. Great stop off between France and ski resorts in Sud Tirol. Breakfast included was full continental; more than just a roll!

Amazing hotel, beautiful views from the top floor. Room was so large, more of an apartment that a hotel room. Breakfast was amazing, shame that we werent about on our last day to enjoy. Reception couldnt do enough for us. Street seller coming into the lobby to flog his tat.

It is a convenient hotel for day or 2 if visiting the city. It has a private secure parking. Friendly staff (they only speak Italian). Breakfast was good. WiFi works ok.

It's not far from airport! We got there by taxi and it was so cool and the pizza restaurant not far from this hotel is so cheap~~~ We did not get our breakfast coz we left the room too early~~~

Relatively helpful staff, nice breakfast, free internet. Room was relatively spacious and was perfect for my needs (one night, staying alone). Switching rooms was a no-hassle experience. (See: what I didn't like) It was pouring rain when I came in. I went up to me room to discover it flooding. Water was coming in from the closed windows and door that led to a small balcony. When I went downstairs, the concierge seemed to be expecting this problem. He was ready at the desk with towels. It seemed as if it was a common occurrence. Although he immediately gave me a new room as requested, I was confused as to why this problem had not been addressed previously.

The staff are helpful, breakfast is good, location when you have a car is excellent. The floor was never wiped, glasses not washed and left in the sink dirty, elevator slow and always busy.

L'addebito sulla carta di credito dell'importo della stanza al momento della prenotazione da parte dell'hotel nonostante fosse specificato che la carta dovesse essere solo a garanzia e soprattutto la scortesia del Signore al quale ho chiesto spiegazioni al riguardo che sbuffando e con modi poco gentili mi sbandierava in faccia il suo contratto con booking.com. Non ritornerò più in quest'hotel e lo sconsiglierò vivamente.

La disponibilità del personale. Discreto il servizio di prima colazione. Il confort. Scarsissima insonorizzazione con l'esterno ( finestre con vetri non sufficientemente isolanti), la struttura trema al passaggio del tram, anche al 4 piano. Mobilio molto spartano e non all'altrezza della categoria. Lo considero piu un due stelle che un tre stelle.
