Lovely clean big rooms with good views of a lovely lake.

Beds were a little hard meaning it took over an hour to get to sleep. Plus the lighting controls were so complicated that I had to close the bathroom door as the light wouldn't turn off.

Went down to have dinner at 7:30 but restaurant seemed closed

we got the newly decorated top apartment, very well done. Staff was wonderfull in helping us out where to eat around the hotel. Breakfast was sumptious. We highly recommend this place for anybody that want to relaxe in lovely Italy

loved everything

The location is good and the room almost perfect ! We booked for 2 nights, 2 persons, to visit the Italian alps, Milan and even Venice by car. I guess we were lucky because they gave us one of the two best rooms (109, 110). A very large room with kitchenette, large balcony right above the reception on the first floor, spotlessly clean and recently renovated. Most of the visitors seemed to be local tourists from Milan and business people meeting there. The reception spoke english very well.

The bed (not a real double bed but two singles put together) could have been more comfortable.

the room is very pleasant, and you can definitely enjoy the stay. it is well equipped with anything you may want in a hotel room breakfast was very good

You can not swim in the lake. It is not a fault of the hotel but it is worth knowing.

The hotel is good, but the lake located next to is smelly.. Not perfect choice for those who have children

Very poor internet access

It was clean rooms.

It was not my type of hotel.No "great feeling" when you arrived,looked more like caravan park outside because of a big parkingplace beside the hotel. Only 1 restaurant near the hotel and that was close because of a wedding.This reastaurant didn´t look nice anyway. We must take the car 3-4 km to get to the closest and ok restaurant. Poor breakfast. Expensive rooms.

Good location

Heating system does not work in nights Restorant can be closed for party service and there is no other places to eat or to buy even water in the area

The room was very spacious and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pizzeria next door (not the one that also sells Chinese food) was delicious

The rooms had cooking facilities but had no utensils, pots, pans, plates or anything to cook or eat with. The balcony room we had, which was advertised as lake view, had a lake view, but also overlooked a Truck/Bus rest stop.

uitgebreide keuze bij het ontbijt, mooie kamer met balkon en mini keukentje in een prachtige omgeving bij het meer.

wifi werkte de eerste dag niet, daarna wel.

Die Lage des Hotels ist senstionell, Frühstücksbuffet auch sehr gut, war alles da!! Den 12km langen See zu Fuss zu umrunden einfach ein MUSS - traumhaft. Auch die nahegelegenen Lago di Varese und Lago di Monate sind schnell erreichbar, sowie zum shoppen die 20km schöne Altstadt von Varese. Einfach empfehlenswert - wir kommen wieder!
