Huge balcony with view of ocean. Room was huge and had many handy amenities such as kitchen table, fridge, stove, etc. Very convenient. Lots of stuff nearby and possible to walk to the beach, although not right around the corner. |

Reasonably priced, friendly reception staff, good level of facilities for the cost. Location great for the beach, not so good for the town Lack of laundry, ie towel change, and items like toilet rolls not replaced. |

Strand is 2 minutes from the hotel. Attention! They took deposit from my card, than i have paid. They didn't inform my bank up to date, so i didn't get my money back. I payed 2x :-/ |

The details said that the room would ge available at 3pm this was not the case I wish to complain as the room was not made available until 4.30pm and only after a dispute with the staff |

Bliskość morza, pokoje ładne, ilość miejsca w zupełności wystarczająca, widok na morze. Mrówki w aneksie kuchennym, drobna nieszczelność kanalizacji powodowała nieprzyjemne zapachy w łazience, hotel mieści się na oddzielonej czesci od głównej plaży, Residence oznacza własny wkład w utrzymanie czystości. |

Персонал отеля очень дружелюбный, говорят на русском языке. Отель расположен около моря. Пляж песчаный. Весь пляж платный. Цена шезлонга зависит от месяца и линии прибывания на пляже. Гостиничный номер большой, удобный. Кухня, спальня, ванная комната, балкон. В номере не убираются, уборка за дополнительную плату. За неделю поменяли 1 раз полотенца, постель не меняли (сказали если попросите поменяем). На кухне есть все необходимое от ложек до кастрюль. На кухне : холодильник, двухкомфорочная газовая плита, раковина, стол, стулья, много шкафчиков, диван, телевизор. В спальне : большая кровать, тумбочки, шкаф, телевизор (осторожно!!! телевизор стоит очень опасно, легко падает ). Ванная комната : душ, раковина, унитаз, биде, фена нет. |

Bottiglia di vino emiliano di benvenuto, forse l'unica nota positiva durante tutto il soggiorno... Obbligo di pagare la prenotazione in contanti o con carta di credito diversa da quella usata (e con l'importo già bloccato) in fase di prenotazione. Restituzione dell'importo bloccato solo dopo 15gg (ancora da verificare). Nessuna possiblità da parte dei titolari dell'albergo di trovare una soluzione alla restituzione dell'importo bloccato. Terzo letto con le lenzuola non messe (ho dovuto rifarlo io il letto...). Parcheggio prenotato telefonicamente e all'arrivo non più disponibile!!! Cos'altro dire, non ci sono parole... Delusione assoluta!!!! |

il est impossible de dormir entre les matelas ou les ressorts se font sentir et le bruit des gens jusqu'à 1 heure du matin et à 8h c'est au tour des enfants. De plus la climatisation des chambres se coupe à minuit, donc en plus du bruit insuportable il fait trop chaud !!! |

Mulighet for å låne sykler, sentralt til strand og Rimini sentrum, bra AC og hyggelig personale som ventet på oss om kvelden da vi ankom sent. Må komme bedre frem i hotelbeskrivelsen at dette er en leilighet med selvhushold. Dvs. at vask, kasting av søppel og innkjøp av toalettpapir, såpe må gjøres selv. "Treningssenteret" eksisterer kun i form av to enkle apparater. |

De ligging tov het strand was perfect, het personeel en hub service eveneens. Men was niet op de hoogte van onze komst maar stelde ons direct gerust want ondanks dat het complex volgeboekt was is men direct naar een oplossing gaan zoeken welke ook gevonden is. De ligging tov van het centrum van Rimini, je moest ver lopen of met een pontje overvaren om in het centrum van Rimini te komen. Mogelijk een aanrader om op de site te vermelden dat de discotheken op grotere afstand liggen. |

Närheten till bad och stad. Lugn och tyst miljö. Tillgången till lägenhetsvistelse för familjen. Bäddsoffan hade mycket dålig komfort. (Avstånd till bra matvarubutik) |

Möjlighet att låna cyklar, aircondition, närhet till strand, ganska trevlig personal Var där 12 dagar, inget byte av sängkläder, fick säga till när toapappret tog slut, tvål schampoo räckte typ 2 dagar, fick köpa själv därefter, gymmet var ett skämt |

Nära stranden, prisvärt, balkong (vi hade mot havet). Ingen ugn, inga som helst basvaror (t.ex. salt, olivolja osv.) 1 ½ toalettrulle på 1 vecka är snålt. |

Locatie is centraal. Rustige buurt. Strand op loopafstand. Parkeren lastig in kleine straatjes en de Politie bekeurt snel wegens fout parkeren, ik had een bekeuring van 81,33. |

Das Nautic liegt nur ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Strand und zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Das Zimmer verfügte über genügend Platz sowie Kochnische und Balkon mit Meerblick. Das Zimmer war beim bezug schmutzig ( überall lagen schwarze Haare herum) und es wurde während der ganzen Woche nicht geputzt. Auf Booking.com ist von einem Hotel und nicht von einer Residenz die rede. |
