The owner could not have been nicer and the place was spotless. It's centrally located to Sirmione, Gardaland, safari park, Verona. Very good value. Great spot.

Nice clean apartment with an outdoor area close to the town centre and shops. It had everything needed for the short stay. It was cold in the apartment at first because the heating was off for a day or so. The staff was very helpful and turned the heating on. Car park is outside the gates and free. The kitchen was very well stuffed with all the necessary appliances, such as kettle, pots and pans, etc.

Location, shopping and dining nearby. Yet away from the main road.

The residence is great and nice, very clean and staff oversome. It is located just about 10 km to Gardaland park. I would recommend it and I will definetly return to there.

It was comfortable and homely. Flavio was so helpful and made sure we had a great honeymoon. We even got free bikes to use for the duration of the holiday which was amazing! We would definitely go back. We only used the pool once as the beautiful lake is so close but it was really nice.

Excellent people and service, they made the necessary to make agreeable our stay. Residence comfortable, based in the center of the city and near all commercial centers and restaurants.

Everything is clean, all kitchen equipment is available. Very positive is that rooms are completely separated and one can use the toilet without bothering the other (very seldom the case). Very friendly owner, you get all the info you need from him. Penny supermarket, bus stops to Sirmione and Verona are very near.

Do not forget to take anything against small flies.

Forse il prezzo, per un soggiorno di 10 giorni, potrebbe essere più basso in considerazione del fatto che non è previsto il servizio di colazione.

Posizione decentrata dal traffico di Sirmione ma comunque a due passi dal lago. Zona tranquilla e appartamenti ottimi, ben arredati.

Ottimo qualitá prezzo. Pulito, curato e ben fornito.

L'acqua calda si ha solo aspettando che il.boiler sia pronto. La mancanza della tv in camera.

La posizione della struttura e vicinissima allo stabilimento termale, bello l'appartamento dotato di tutto anche il più impensabile accessorio per la cucina, camere ampie e bella terrazza attrezzata con tavolo e sedie per pranzare fuori. Molto cordiale e disponibile il gestore della struttura e gradita la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nel parcheggio pubblico gratuitamente (cosa non frequente per Sirmione). Da notare che il residence si trova a Colombare e non nel centro storico di Sirmione pertanto è necessaria l'auto o la bici per raggiungerlo e lo stabilimento termale attiguo non è un parco termale ma una struttura per sole cure termali.

L nota negativa del residence è la necessità di dover richiedere periodicamente la pulizia dell'appartamento e la sostituzione della biancheria. A mio avviso tali servizi dovrebbero essere effettuati quotidianamente dal personale senza richiesta specifica.

Ottima posizione per le cure alle Terme Viriglio. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Nell'appartamento c'era tutto il necessario. Staff gentilissimo ed attento alle esigenze. Bici gratuite sempre a disposizione. Ottimo prezzo

La connessione internet non era adeguata a necessità lavorative.

במלון זה קיבלנו את השירות הטוב ביותר בכל איטליה. עזרה בפרטים הכי קטנים וכלי בטלפונים שבעל המלון ביצע לא פעם אחת עבורנו מול בית חולים מול מסעדות ופארקים וכל זאת באדיבות יוצאת מגדר הרגיל. המלון מעמיד לרשות האורחים אופניים בחינם לטיול בכפר. בחדרים יש את כל הציוד הנדרש. המיקום אידיאלי.

E' stato un soggiorno impeccabile: i proprietari sono degli ottimi padroni di casa, gentili e disponibili! La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere Sirmione in bici!
