Nice clean apartments, big swimming pool, good restaurant, beatiful promenade on the beach We were promissed based on reservation the apartment with the lake view, which based on what we were told does not exist - probably only promotion trick

The fact that I was so close the lake and had immediate access to it. The fact that the room lacked such basics as toilet paper and soap for washing hands / dishes. The refrigirator didn't work.

Onda Blu was a fantastic place to stay. Our appartment was lovely, very clean, had big windows and was right on the edge of the lake. The pool area was great and very clean. The onsite restaurant was very nice, good prices and good quality food. There was also with a few minutes walk along the edge of the lake some good restaurants. The staff were excellent, friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere of Onda Blu was calm, relaxed and peaceful (and romantic!). Onda Blu is lovely and quiet as it is in a fairly secluded location outside of the main town. We enjoyed this, but it was hard to get anywhere on public transport as very few buses go to the town (Desenzano was the nearest with a train station and was 1/2 hour on bus). We also found that the walls of the appartment were very thin, we were lucky and our neighbours were quiet but this could be a problem for others.

The appartement was clean, modern, comfortable and spacious - a perfect start for the family holiday at the very first moment. The staff was kind, however we couldn't got used to the Italian siesta...

Our room was directly on the lake which was nice You have to pay for towels which I think is wrong, also no soap! The bus stop is about 5km away. It is very hard to get to unless you are driving. We wanted to use the swimming pool on our last day after checking out as we had not used it since being there. The hotel staff wanted 15 euros which I felt was unfair.

We've stayed in the studio apart. It is very good and comfortable accommodation for a very small price. Very nice environment and private entrance to the beach of lake Garda. We travelled by the car. Perhaps it is too difficult to reach it without a car.

Nos ha gustado mucho el trato del personal. El entorno natural en el que se encuentra. Su ubicacion geografica, central en el norte de italia y sobre un hermoso lago. Su diseno, sus espacios naturales, sus jardines etc. Que en el toilette no haya jabon y que tengamos que pagar por: cada set de toallas y por el derecho a Wi-Fi podria incluirse en el precio final por habitacion

Direkte Lage am See, genügend Abstand zwischen den Maxicaravans, Platz für Kinder, Pool war noch im Oktober nutzbar. Man konnte keine Brötchen kaufen, nur Baguette. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist weit entfernt.Leeren der Mülleimer um zwischen 7 und 7.30 mit sehr lautem Fahrzeug.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden Im Herbst sind die Busverbidnungen unglaublich schwierig und ein Supermarkt zu erreichen ohne Auto ist sehr beschwerlich, man muss dann sehr gut zu Fuss sein!

Eigentlich wäre es eine tadellose, sehr schöne Feriensiedlung, Aber! Eine halbe Stunde nach unserer Ankunft ist ein Car mit ca. 25 Jugentlichen, Alter zwischen 16 und 19 Jahren angereist. Es ist uns klar, dass man die Appartemente in der Zwischensaison gut mit solchen Leuten füllen kann, aber das "Ballermann" Benehmen dieser Menschen ist mit den andern kultivierten Gästen nicht vereinbar!!! Wir haben das Grölen und Sauffen 2 Tage und 2 Nächte mit angehört, Dann sind wir abgereist! Die Leiter und die Vermieter der Anlage waren der Situation nicht gewachsen! Wir haben das Geld zurückerstattet bekommen. Im selben Moment, als wir die Anlage für immer verlassen haben ist übrigens ein zweiter Car mit nocheinmal ca. 30 Jungen Leuten angekommen!!! Nie wieder!!!

Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und die Wohnung sehr gut eingerichtet, insbesondere die Küche. Das Personal war immer freundlich. Das Restaurant in der Anlage bot eine grosse Auswahl an italienischen Gerichten. Wir waren vier Mal im Hotel Restaurant und es war immer super gut! Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr ruhig. Man braucht also auf jeden Fall ein Auto, wenn man Lust auf andere Restaurants und Badestrände hat oder einfach einmal durch ein Städtchen flanieren möchte.

poloha, nádherný výhled, bar, restaurace, bazén, nové apartmány, vstřícnost personálu, živá produkce ve čtvrtek v baru Bydleli jsme ve "žluté vile", skoro na pláži v malém apartmánu. Cestovali jsme s naší malou dcerou (1,5 roku) Velikost opravdu byla minimální, vybavení velmi průměrné. V kuchyni chybělo okno, koupelna byla nevyhovující - po sprchování byla celá mokrá a nebylo možné ji nijak uklidit. V pokoji bylo velmi málo místa pro dětskou postýlku. Všechny nedostatky byly vyváženy pozitivy (uvedené výše).
