(Sehr) Gute Lage beim Forum Romanum, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Rezeption, saubere Zimmer/Appartments, gut geeignet für Familie mit Kindern.

Frühstück eher dürftig, kein Restaurant/Bar, kaum Parkplätze.

The location was unblelievable within walking distance of all the historic sites and markets. The staff were unbelievably accomodating dong absolutely anything they could to help and ALWAYS ready with a smile. The staff serving breakfast were exceptionally friendly and helpful and so nice to start the day with their lovely smiles. The rooms were large, bright and clean with all the facilities needed.

The beds were unbelievably hard and if you haave back problems may prove an issue. The staff however will provide a roll out bed if you ask.

This is a high-quality, modern set of serviced apartments with excellent fittings and at reasonable cost. The location could not be better (catch the 170 bus from Stazione Termini): it is situated behind the Campdoglio, next to SanGiorgio in Velabro, a fine Romanesque church, and is about a ten minute walk from Campo Fiori. A good breakfast is included. The place is good for kids: there was a comfortable fold-out double bed in the lounge, dining room. In sum, a spacious, well cared for and bright apartment.

There is an internet connexion downstairs but it is costly to use. At this level of quality accomodation, I'd expect not to have to pay to use the facility.

The proximity to the Colosseum & city was a great attribute. Very cool design & interior features blend in with the historical icons only meters away. Very enjoyable stay (for a second time).

A wonderful experience in luxury in the center of town... couldn't get any better!!! I would highly recommend it... A very positive experience!

Everything is good

Proximity to Pantheon and Trevi, room size and configuration (room 10 had an L-shaped configuration perfect for our family of 3) , no street noise, nicely decorated, modern bathroom, great a/c, comfortable beds

Very thin walls between rooms, exterior under scaffolding, no lobby, no satellite reception for the TV ( so no TV in the room), possible bed bugs (husband and ai both had welts on our legs after staying there.)

Spacious for a European City Centre accommodation. Very friendly reception staff. Nicely decorated and furnished. Excellent location for the major sights.

Although and iron and kettle can be ordered, it would be nice to have such facilities as standard without having to ask.

Excellent location, just next to Bocca della verita, and you can walk to Colosseo. Wonderful breakfast. Then clean the room everyday and provide basic items in washroom. The staff are helpful!

Considering that we are travelling 3 times a year, hence 3 hotels a year, we give this hotel 2 thumbs up! In the reception are all nice, and ready to help, also the staff in the restaurant is very considerate. Rooms are big and cozy. Kitchenette is very good, toilet is big as well. Location is great, had the view of Gianus Arc, really walking distance to Coloseum, Trevi Fountain, Roman Forum, Pantheon etc...We had a very good experience with this hotel!

Ridiculous charge for internet access and also for sky tv. Breakfast needs some variety. Breakfast staff unfriendly, unhelpful and dismissive.

We traveled as a four ladies celebrating an 80th birthday and our age range was 80-52yrs. The hotel staff were absolutely brilliant and the reception area and buffet breakfast are worthy of the 4 stars. The rooms are a little tired but they are certainly value for money. There is a great kitchenette with fridge and microwave, and the TV's have Sky in multiple languages including English. These facilities made the rooms ideal for coming back to in the evening for relaxation and snacks. We had the Claudia Suite which was absolutely brilliant as it was two bedrooms a lounge, two bathrooms, and kitchen areas. The lounge had a double sofa bed and so the suite could easily have slept 6 people without hesitation. There was plenty of space. Highly recommended!!!!

Palazzo al Velabro is in a good location for seeing most of the sights of Rome.The staff is very friendly and helpful.The apartment was spacious 2 bedrooms,the kitchenette,a living room with great views of the Forum and Palatine Hill. Breakfast was good.

L'excellente situation (à 10 min à pied du Colisée !), son calme et le fait que ce soit un appartement, donc plus de place et de liberté. Très bon accueil et petits déjeuners tout à fait corrects. Le personnel parle le français. Bon rapport qualité - prix.

Le fait qu'il y ait un décalage entre l'entrée ( très bien refaite, design ) et les appartements ( bons sommiers mais ensemble démodé et un peu vétuste -couleurs brunâtres et moquette usée au sol). Trop peu de lumière aussi . Nous n'avions quasiment aucune vue.

Taille des chambres, vu sur le forum Romain. Sympathie et aimabilite du personnel.

Propreté. Loin des stations de métro.
