good size room, friendly staff
shower/bath needs upgrade
Apartment was good size, nice decor in lobby area, breakfast coffee good but food adequate. Interesting place overall and a good choice for staying in Rome with a large style room.
Room was just a little shabby, walls scuffed, tv remote not working. Only small things and easy to fix, so you wonder why they do not? Difficult to get to on the first try, especially with car and guy at reception not overly helpful with instructions on how to navigate the tiny roads to get close enough to unload bags.
I made the booking for my family: mom, dad and two daughters (27 and 23). The apartment was a great idea with an idyllic location. The first day the metro station seemed to be far but once we got used to it, it was fine. We were there for 3 nights. The apartment was really brilliant with a fully equipped kitchen. It was for 5 people but we were only 4 so it was even more spacious!.. Our apartment overlooked the neighbouring garden and the Palatine hills beyond! It was lovely in the early mornings when the little houses would begin to puff off smoke from their chimneys! They even allow short duration international calls.
The apartment is not tidied up or cleaned every day which is a bit annoying.. they only do the bathroom I guess.
The hotel was old and broken. The furniture was dirty and it was a realy discusting فندق فاااشل بكل المقايس!!!!!!!!!
No 4* facilities
Good location, in the old area close to the Colloseum and walking distance to city. Very helpful staff. Spacious serviced room with separate living room and kitchen area and good equipped fitness room.
Excellent location and helpful staff
The room was very uncared for, no pictures on the walls, The shower was in a very small bath, you will spend most of the shower trying to peel off the shower curtain. Absolutely hopeless arrangement. General decor and state of repair was very poor.
Fantastic location, within walking distance of many of the historic sites. Great apartment, for a family and with a lovely view.
The bathroom grouting was a bit moldy and in need of a bit of repairs. The kitchen didn't have a kettle unless specifically requested.
Very outdated. No facities at all. You have to go out for a cup of coffee or a drink.
Not very clean
Hard beds, harder pillows, sparse furniture and poor lighting
Amazingly helpful and friendly staff. Located in a heart of the historic center. Fifteen minutes walk to Piazza Navona.
I like the design of the reception area. Kitchette is good. Big unit
Not clean. Bathroom is too old. The tub is terrible with deteriating corking. Carpet is old and dirty. Should change to hardwood.
The apartment was nice and had 3 rooms, one with a bed and two fold out couches/seats. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast area was nice and had a gym next to it that I didn't use. The kitchen had most of the items we needed except a microwave. Very modern looking and comfortable. Quiet and great views of parts of the Forum and other ruins. Best hotel of the 4 I had in Europe.
The tv stations were all Italian, no cnn or bbc even. Considering all the us and uk travelers, they should consider us. The bedroom tv got only a few channels, the ac was impossible to figure out though we were able to stay very comfortable. The doors internally didn't close right, needed to slam them. They need a microwave oven more than a stove here. Hard to find and hard to reach hotel, need to walk the last 100 yards with luggage to get to entrance.
