Residence Hotel Palazzo Della Scala  

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Its location was excellent for visiting Verona,Venice and Milan. The accommodation was excellent for a family of six and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast food was also very good.

We loved our week in this hotel. The room we were given was huge, with spacious lounge area, good size kitchen (well equipped) and excellent bathroom with a marvellous shower. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well every night. The staff were all extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. There is a large free underground car park (down a steep ramp) and we enjoyed the hotel breakfast (plenty of breads, cheeses/meats, cereal, various fresh pastries, eggs & bacon, etc). The old town of Lazise on the shore of Lake Garda is a couple of minutes walk away and has several good restuarants. Not sure what Lake Garda area is like at the peak of the holiday season but when we went in October it was fabulous. Can't wait to visit again and would love to stay in this same hotel.

Nothing super lush about it, but it is extremely convenient and comfortable and central. By the way, the hotel restaurant (papparazzi) had the best food we ate during all our stay. Really nice grills and salads.

Gorgeous hotel with outstanding attention to detail. We could not have chosen better. My grandchildren and me spent a wonderful week enjoying the beautiful pool surrounded by trees and the walk in distance ammenities of Lasize. We will not forget the kind attention everywhere (reception, restaurant...). We highly recommend it. Thanks!!!

the room was very comfterbale, the owner were good and nice. The towels were changed everyday and good quality, but they had strange smell of atcet.

the price was a bit high for this hotel. Breakfast can be better.

если вы путешествуете с детьми, это прекрасный выбор отеля. у нас был номер с двумя спальнями и балконом с видом на озеро. просторно, удобно, очень мило. рядом находится крепость и парк с детской площадкой. до развлекательных детских парков ехать 7 мин.до сафари парка 10 мин. хорошие завтраки, дружелюбный персонал. приличный ресторан в отеле.

Trevligt bemötande, fin miljö en underbar trädgård med pool. Närheten till centrum av Lazise. Bra parkeringsgarage.

Staff molto gentile, camera spaziosa e comoda, struttura moderna e colazione abbondante.

il mio soggiorno al residence hotel palazzo della scala è stato perfetto, lo staff è accogliente e molto disponibile, le camere pulitissime e molto eleganti e confortevoli.

Nous avons réservé un appartement pour 4 personnes avec 2 chambres au 2 ieme étage avec vue sur le lac , trés bel appartement spacieux avec lits de 2 mètres , bonne situation géographique même si il ne se situe pas directement sur le lac ,; petit déjeuner correct

alles o.k., schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr gutes Ristorante mit dabei.

Мне и моему семилетнему сыну хочется высказать благодарность персоналу отеля за гостеприимство и дружелюбие. Прекрасное месторасположение отеля, в непосредственной близости от озера. Чистый, просторный номер ( апартаменты ), рядом с отелем находится прекрасный ресторан " Папараци", в котором удивительно вкусно готовят, особенно пасту и пиццу.

A localização foi perfeita para o deslocamento até o congresso. Restaurante providencial. Atendimento cortes e eficiente.

Variedade limitada no cafe da manha, mas de boa qualidade. A internet é sofrível, cai a todo instante! Uma lastima!

Das Zentrum von Lazise kann zu Fuss schnell erreicht werden. Gute Lage des Hotels. Zimmer sehr ruhig, gross und schön. Hotelanlage sehr schön, gepflegter und schöner Pool.

Die Lage des Hotels mit herrlichem Blick auf den Gardasee

Ha un bel giardino con piscina anche se essendo ottobre non ne abbiamo fatto uso. Una delle Receptionist e I camerieri per la colazione sono stati molto gentili L'appartamento e´spazioso. Utile perlopiú per una famiglia che per una coppia La colazione é stata gustosa e abbondante

1 L'appartamento rispondeva alla caratteristiche di un 2-3 stelle, non certamente di un 4 stelle. (Bagno piccolo, arredatemento datato, graffi) 2 La nosta stanza dava su una strada trrafficata anche di notte ed era abbastanza rumorosa anche con le finestre chiuse. Abbiamo provato a dormire con le finestre aperte perché faceva caldo, ma é stato impossibile (troppo rumore). Abbiamo acceso l'aria condizionata ma anche quella era rumorosa. 3 L'mmagine della televisione era poca chiara e mancavano alcuni canali 4 Siamo delusi anche con Booking.com in quanto il prezzo che abbiamo pagato (150 euro) ci é stato presentato come una super offerta. In realtá abbiamo scoperto che abbiamo risparmiato appena 10 euro rispetto al prezzo standard (160 euro). Per lo standard e posizione della stanza avremmo dovuto pagare non piú di 80 euro
