Friendly personel. Got promoted to seaview room for free.

Noise from the street.

Stayed there for 5 days. Staff is helpful. Great breakfast in the morning.

Don't have anything to complain.

The recoptionists have been very kind , offered the information without even asking for it. Communicated very well in English .

A very clean hotel with excellant facilities. The free wifi in the room was good and breakfast was the meal of the day. A good location as well, close to the beach.

It is a very long walk into Rimini Centre, about one and half hours. Take the bus !!! with the bus stop around the corner.

I liked the staff of the hotel, rooms were cleaned every day, perfect location to the beach and shops. I am planning to stay there with my family. It's very nice and comfortable there.

The hotel is perfectly located by the sea, shops, and restaurants. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I have stayed here for the last three times. I am planning to stay at this T2 residency for the future.

It was 4 years ago when I stayed in this hotel last time. I knew that the hotel management has changed and the quality has increasen. I decided to check and this is really the case. Hotel was not much renovated, but for such money and location the quality is very good (but this was the price for non-holiday season).What I like the most that towels are changed every day and they do some basic room cleaning which is usually for extra-pay at residences. In overall, rooms look cosy.

Hotel requires renovation, somewhere walls look untidy and old. Curtains definitely need to be washed to become white again.

Air conditioning was noisy

Very friendly and helpful staff, large room, sea view from the terrace. Nice fruniture and 4-star hotel quality bathroom amenities. Good selection of breakfast items especially if compared to other Italian hotels. Close to the train station and the beach. The airport was close but you cannot hear any noise from the airplanes.

Very noisy location. It is on the main road where night buses run and there was loud music every night (coming from the nearby places and/or from the neighbours). The breakfast is nor properly heated (scrambled eggs, sausages) and cooled (cheese, meat, milk).

Second time staying here and this time got a bigger room with much better view. Very private, very clean, interesting design with wood beams. Beach access is a huge compliment to the room. Lovely staff, always willing to help out! All in all, the perfect hotel for a lovely holiday at the sea!

Last time I loved the kitchenette, which was missing this time in the bigger room.

Large veranda with sea view. New design in rooms and Bathroom, kitchen area have all equipments. Good location- close to see, lots of restaurants and shopping places.

Good location, nice friendly personal, good parking facility. Breakfast in hotel across the street excellent !

No bar for a drink in the evening, but that may be due to the time of year.
