Hotel Residence Plebiscito Aparthotel    

Great location of the hotel in city center but in calm street without car traffic. Very friendly staff. We came at 8.00am (check-in was at 2.00pm) and we could check-in, got the room immediately and even the breakfast even we had no claim.

Little bit of noise from common space of hotel, but not from the street.

Great location in (mainly) pedestrianised street. Good sized, well equipped accommodation with good soundproofing. Very well prepared and varied breakfast included. Very polite, helpful staff.

Wifi doesn't really work outside the reception area. To be fair, this was pointed out by receptionist. Although this is a secure small hotel, I'd still have liked a room safety deposit box.

Top location! Although on a busy shopping street (Via Chiaia) the hotel was a safe and tranquil haven. Breakfast was brought to our room ever morning which we truly enjoyed. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. They gave us lots of ideas for places to go and where to eat. We loved it here and would definitely recommend it.

The shower was on the small side. Also, if you like your peace and quiet, you may find it somewhat noisy out on the street. Yet, considering you're in Napoli just take it as part of your holiday and enjoy the Italian chatters, discussions and laughs!

We loved the location, friendly staff, the rooms which were spacious and quiet and the breakfast great. Our room overlooking the street was great to sit on the balcony and watch all the activity below. We were close to everything - shops, restaurants, bars, attractions, the Lungomare and the airport bus. I really can't fault this hotel at all - it's a wee gem!

Helpfull and very nice staff, excellent localization

As soon as we arrived the staff made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is very stylish and modern with a touch of history with exposed ancient walls as you go up the stairs. We stayed in a junior suite on the 2nd floor which was over looking the main pedestrian street, a great position to people watch. The suite was extremely comfortable and clean with very modern furniture. It also included a kitchenette. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others. Thank you to all the staff for a very pleasant stay.

The staff is great. the room was excellent. The service is above average. The manager was very helpful and the employee in charge of baking the deserts is very nice and a good cook!

We liked the warmth and friendliness of the entire staff and particularly Mark, who made the stay very welcoming. They were all very helpful and assisted in finding local places and generak guidance. Made us feel at home.

Nothing really that specific. would have been nice to see more international channels and a decent sized TV set.

Great location, very helpful staff. Just stayed for an overnight to catch flight out of Naples. Tips: hotel is on a pedestrian street so driver will most likely have to let you out and you'll walk short distance to hotel -- not a problem. We needed to eat at 5 PM and wanted to go to Brandi -- home of original Margherita pizza, but most all retaurants are closed to around 7 PM. One, Pomodoro across the busy street and square was open. Very good.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, nice room, nice breakfast, peaceful at night. Seafront is very easy to reach on foot (within a few minutes), and so is the old city center. Hotel situated in shopping area, right next to Plebiscito Square, very nice both by day and by night. Many restaurants around. Would definitely stay there again and will reccommennd the hotel to friends.

Room air conditioning and shower drain out of order - but staff offered to change room immediately.

Excellent place, in historical center. Nice and clean rooms. Good acces to the port. Would come back again.

Sometimes not accesible wifi on room.

The staff were very friendly and always very helpful. The hotel is well placed for walking and comfortable.

The only detraction is that the space available for breakfast is very limited. But then it is an apartment hotel and we weren't expecting breakfast at all.

The hotel staff is excellent and ever so willing to help you. The location of the hotel is fantastic - although may not be accessible by cabs during the day time. Breakfast is excellent and of good quality. Rooms are of good size and cleaned nicely every day. The furnishing is recent and of good quality. Overall, a very good stay in Naples. Recommended!

The lift is funny, but is being replaced with the new one in couple of weeks. That should take care of it.

Immaculately spotless hotel. Good for short term stay. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Hotel is situated on a busy pedestrianised shopping street so taxi drop off is about a three minute walk away but this was not a problem to us. Would recommend the Hotel Residence Plebiscito if you really need to visit Naples.

We felt inmersed in Napoli, the room was remodeled and transmitted everything was new. All the staff was corteous and helpful.

They advertise all rooms have a kitchenette and refrigerator but mine had neither one. At your arrival, knowing where to tell the driver is crucial, since is a pedestrian street most of the time and you will have to stroll your luggage to the hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights, and it exceeded our already high expectations! The room was airy and spotlessly clean, new furniture, new bedding, new showers, everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were amazingly kind and helpful. In particular, Max at reception went out of his way to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. He helped with day trip details, with extra assistance for our toddler, he was just wonderful. What a great surprise and fabulous hotel. The location was perfect, the rooms were stunning (new, classic modern in design) and really comfortable. We booked two rooms and each one was lovely. One even included an efficiency. The staff blew us away. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman but were tired and headed to bed. The next day, MAX, was unbelievable. Welcoming, gracious - served us a fabulous breakfast - and helped us with our day's travels. We walked to Church San Lorenzo to see the underground city and the walk was great and easy. Note: For some reason the cabs couldn't drop us in front of the hotel but left us off on a corner. At first it surprised us but it was totally fine and not a big deal. Street was lovely and Brandy pizzeria (the home of the margarita pizza) was across the street and scrumptuous! This hotel is a definite MUST stay in Napoli!

The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel has easy access to dining options in the plaza immediately outside, choices of simple take-away to formal dine in are available. It was a great lauch point to access the sights of Rome.

le mobilier est sommaire et insuffisant, la salle de bain est mal agencée, le miroir est trop haut pas de rangement pour les affaires de toilette la tablette de verre au dessus du lavabo inutilisable parce qu'elle penchait!!! Un laisser aller

Lo staff dell'albergo è ottimo. Tutti molto gentili e premurosi. Davvero mai visto personale così pronto ad aiutare e preparato.

Le camere (perlomeno la mia, che era una familiare per quattro persone) e gli spazi comuni sono un po' piccoli. Ci si sta un po' stretti.
