The original room we booked was towards a busy street. That was not acceptable to us.because of the noise from the street. Fortunaturally we could apply for an upgrade and got an acceptable room away from the street and with more space at reaonable costs.

Even bigger rooms were not really an advantage, because no privacy because walls didn't go up to the ceiling but there was open space. For family with younger children, no problem. The walls towards the neighburs are quite thin. Someone couphes there, you are there too...I know you can not choose your neighboures, but if they are very different from you, how do you manage it?

The apartment is well equipped and the living room is nice and cozy.

Traffic noise from the streed could keep you awake if you are a light sleeper.

I like the bikes that they lend you!

Te carpet and sofa smell bad.

Although not in the city center but very easy to get to anything and most in 1/2 hr walking distance. The hotel was basic but had everything you would need and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

my room was just off the main street which was very busy and noisy. I had asked for a back room but they couldn't accommodate me. The bed was very uncomfortable, needs new mattress.

It provides you with everything you need... from towels, shower gel, body lotion, shower cap to complimentary biscuits, coffee, milk and small snacks. Wifi in the room is good. And staff is polite and provides excellent service!! Sheets and room are clean. Good security with smart card access front door and safe in the room.

kitchen is a bit small but since we were not cooking it was absolutely fine with us.

should take tram 1 for 1 stop from the railway station, or walk 2-3km, 2-3km walk to the old city, supper market is 500m away and close at 20:00

Apartment has all the necessary material to spend a perfect city trip for a few days. Bathroom and kitchen were well equipped, living room large enough.

Bedrooms are only separated by a curtain. The internet wifi was not working correctly. Works to change the system were in process.

Location to city and easy public transport and the helpful staff

The location to Florence is great with the tram and buses 1 block away. Secure garage parking. Our 1 bedroom unit was spacious and well equipped for our needs. Large balcony(but could do with some chairs out there). Laundry facility good (even supply soap powder and softener). Lots of good restaurants nearby as well as a supermarket to buy supplies if needed.

The wifi system definitely needs upgrading. We could not send or receive emails, although we could connect to the internet. Used the wifi in the lobby but this also was extremely slow. A stay of 4 nights was slightly complicated by this but we found cafes in Florence with wifi access to get around the problem!

Well equipped and comfortable apartment, 20 minutes walk from historic centre. Easily accessed from train and bus station.

The staff were very helpful. The apartment was comfortable and quite spacious.

Location was good and parking very useful. Apartment was clean.

Furnishings were very basic and the two bedrooms had curtains across dividing walls that did not reach ceiling so cannot be described as true bedrooms

The hotel is horrible and it smells discusting (cat pipi). Not recomendable at all.

After a series of cramped hotel rooms it was nice to have space where the boys and I could have separate rooms. A welcome change to have a living room to relax in and a kitchen to make some food for ourselves, also I was able to do a couple of loads of washing which had been quite difficult in most places.

i wish, there was high speed wi fi in the hotel, internet speed was very poor also the computer at the lobby was very old and weak

The baby bed was too dirty, after one night sleeping , there is so many red spot around my baby's body! Wifi connection is so poor, no any sign when you in the room. Only one place you can reach it-- at 4 floor! We also forget to bring my babys sleeping coat back,

It was an apartment. Plenty of room to relax after a day of sight seeing.
