the apartment was spacious clean and well equipped, very good value for the price, a bit away from the centre but an easy enough walk or short bus ride |

there were some bikes availabale witch we use our entire stay to go to the train station and to the citycentre, wich was only 8 miuts away. The appartments have all the comfort you need inc. TV radio the kitchen has even a microwave.tere was a bath in the bathroom but it took a long time to fill it up(low water presure) but we were staiing on the 5 floor (on het backside off the complex).there is a lot off noise in the city but in yhe back of the complex you will be fine.the complex itself is a little bit noisy but we were in town the hole day, so were fine. the peop[le at the front desk are very nice and the help you with everyting you need.you get fresh fowls every day and the room is cleaned up when you get home they have airco It is a little bit noisy if you sleep next to the elevator |

Renovated hotel with swipe card entry. The clean, crisp, white sheets were sensational. The reception staff were very helpful and it was great for us that everybody spoke English. The kitchen had only the very basics but it was great to have a fridge, hotplates and microwave to cook a meal. The washing machine & dryer was great too as we had been travelling for a few weeks by the time we got to Florence. The cold water dispenser in the foyer was great too. Bus service to the city centre across the street and return stop one block east. Walking distance from Santa Maria Nouvella train station. We had apartment overlooking busy street but no noise in room. Great value for money. The area looked a little run down, but we walked to local restaurants and bus at night with no trouble. |

The hotel staff were very helpful, even when language differences became a problem. Limited hours during which the front desk was open. |

The appartments are very near to the centre of Florance and the staff is very helpfull..Also the parking at the hotel was very cheap and very easy.Very big appartment!! I booked a 1 room apartment and we got 2 bedrooms + livingroom + kitchen + 2 balkonies.. very nice! Furniture is very dated.. looks like the seventies. everything is brown and red and green and very old. The smell in the apartment was terrible.. I think they had just sprayed the place with anti bug spray.. Bikes where not available but we where very late that day.. |

The apartment was clean and in good condition, the kitchen furniture could be better maintained. They had milk, coffee sugar and water for the first night a nice idea, especially when you arrive late, parking was good. if you want space is a good option The corridors were dark and need maintenance, the location is about 20 min from the main attractions, outside is not the best neighbourhood |

Fantastic value, the staff were very helpful finding everything. The room was consistently pretty warm, regardless of the setting on the thermostat. The decor of the room is straight our of the 70's, and not as in Retro style, but as in actually from the 70'S. |

It was for the second time when I stayed in this hotel. The size of the apartment that we had was great: 2 good size bedrooms with comfortable beds, a large patio area and adaquate kitchen. The bathroom was large and well equiped. The staff was very, very helpful! |

Cleanness, near the train station. Friendly English speaking staff. Bathroom. No bathtub which was okay but the shower booth needs curtains. |

The size of the apartment we had on the 5th floor was great, with large balconies overlooking the terracotta rooftops. They have an odd selection of bicycles available to use free of charge, and the 3km stretch of parklands near the hotel makes a good early morning bout of exercise before the day gets too hot. The hotel is located around a 20 minute walk from the main piazza. The decor was a little dated, seemingly not changed from the 70s! |

Hotel staff was accomodating with smiles. Rooms fit needs for a long stay in a city. Good location and good price. Did not find pots or pans but everything else was there. Since we did not really need them, I did not ask for them and feel the staff would have found them for us. |

Thought the hotel was perfect location for the centre of florence. It was an easy 20 minute walk right into the centre or you could catch a bus right outside. The apartment was a high standard and better to go self catering than pay for a lower star hotel which worked out more costly. I would definately reccommend it! |

The apartment we had for 5 days was practical and worked very well for a self - contained unit. The staff were very friendly and helpful, including offering bikes for no cost to get around the area. We appreciated being able to converse in English. Many helpful tips were given by staff about where to find local services. Although the use of bikes was free they were generally in a poor state or repair. For short journeys this was not a problem. The rooms have open doors onto balcony. This is a great feature but on hot nights there is no way to prevent mosquitos entering. Rooms are airconditioned but can be switched off centrally when temperature is low. This external control does not allow individual preference. |

Really liked the spacious accomodation and the convenience of having a kitchen and seperate living/dining room aswell. This helped keep the cost of the break down through eating in apartment and also that we could comfortably stay in some nights with a bottle of chilled wine !!! Some of the decor was a bit tired looking but i believe the hotel is undergoing updating whilst trying to keep disruption to the minimum. |
