Large rooms Biscuits and tea
We stayed for 3 nights and had to logged in everyday in order to access the free wifi. It should be one time access throughout our stay. Boiling kettle should be provided for us to boil water.
Proximity to train Comfortable room and bath Nice and warm
Entrance is always locked and my first day (entry) was scary unfriendly staff - bit rude actually no food / breakfast available
The location as far as train stn and visiting Florence is fine. Staff were helpful and friendly and did accommodate our need to change rooms.
Most of the apts. face a very noisy street - vehicle traffic. We moved to a larger unit on the back side of the building but paid an additional 30 euros a night. The place is good value as there pricing reflects the noisy location but you need to be aware of what you are getting.
The appartments are clean, large and comfortable. Very good location - not far from the old town. Could walk on foot. The staff is very nice and friendly. Good privet parking. If you're not a fan of the luxury hotels' this place ia extremely suitable for walks in the old town.
I liked that we could walk to the attractions from our hotel, there were lots of good places to eat in the area and the staff were very helpful.. The room was an apartment and lots of room. We had parking for our rental car at a reasonable rate.
The decor of the apartment was a little dated.
Value for Money at a right place in town. Kitchen was basic amenities were good.
Room was very stuffy and hot. ACs were not good. Bed wasnt comfortable and used to make lot of noise the moment you move a little.
Room was confortable and clean.
Kitchen light and fan not working.
This is a condo hotel which is about 10 to 15 minutes walk from the main station, Santa Maria Novella station. We took a train from Rome and was looking for the train to go to Frenze P. Prato train station, as it was written that the hotel was near this train station. Actually, this is the train that runs within the city. So if you are travelling by train you should stop at Santa Maria Novella station and then follow the train line of the P. Prato train, and as you walk on, you will reach an arch, cross the road at the traffic lights and the hotel is further down the road on your right. The kitchen is well equipped, we had a basket of breakfast stuffs and biscuits. There is a washing machine and dryer. You buy the tokens from the front desk. The staff is friendly and prompt. I wrote to them about checking in late and they promptly replied. Even though check out was 11am, I could check ou and leave my luggage at the hotel while I go sightseeing. We stayed in this hotel and made a day trip to Pisa. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
There is nothing that I don't like about this hotel. Everything was done to please the guests. There is definitely a woman's touch there, for they even provide a pair of scissors in the kitchen drawer.
Spacious parking next door. The hotel is located close to the main road and not far from the old town. It was nice to find some food supply (tea, cookies, jams, milk, water, etc.) in the room.
There's no kettle in the kitchen - needed to ask for it.
The fact that I could prepare my own food for a change. Near tram station and supermarket.
The very 1st and uttermost requirement for a place of stay is a good bed. This qualification is not met. Extremely bad bed and noisy room. An innerspring mattress that is beyond its "best before date" on an equally bad spring base a sure recipe for no sleep and back ache. A complaint to the management was met with a cold shoulder and nothing was done. Further, when we pointed out that various items (even including basic items such as plates, glasses, knives and pan) is short on checklist it was met with a remark "do not worry we do not check the list". This indicates a lack of control which eventually will put the facility in a downward spiral.
walking distance to downtown, friendly staff, covered parking, good amenities
no wired internet access though advertised (wi-fi only), faulty fridge, little counter space in the kitchen, lengthy reaction time (broken lightbulb)
The location was very good The staff were very helpful There was on site car parking The room was a great size
dirty and old rooms Room smells bad Photos don't reflect the rooms you stay in. drainage in showers are very bad. Night personel speaks bad english. check-out and payment can be done after 9am. so if you have early train pay one day before
no proper bedrooms, no doors just curtains to "bedrooms" more of an open plan - invest in some bricks? ok for a couple or single person, but someone coughs in one bedroom you can hear it all over flat! Also, flat too far from centre, long long walk or hang around waiting for one bus
This hotel is easy to reach because immediatly outside limited traffic area, clean. Globally satisfied of this stay.
Staff was kind.
Very helpful staff
It's 10 minutes walk to the historic center. We traveled by car and they have a garage easily accessibile. We were worried about the car restricted area and this hotel worked great for us. Pelanty of restaurants and coffee places all around. Safe at night.
The price and location
kitchen small, carpet and furniture very old and uncomfortable, but the price point made this a fair deal, but probably would not stay here again
Location. Close to busstop. Bus no 23 takes you to the centre. From the Main train Station take the tram just outside and stop at the 1st stop. Walk across the road keep left. 2 streets on you find the Street you need! Was great and quiet too.
All was well! There were some mosquitoes in our apartment.
We walked everywhere from there. Even back from returning our car far up the hill from the Porta Romana. Very spacious . Bathroom was large. Very Reasonable price for parking . The balcony was an asset . Fully furnished kitchen was handy--(cork screw, coffee maker, plates for aperitivo) - although we didn 't cook because of the fine restaurants ! Attentive and patient staff for guests who spoke no Italian.
Everything is good!
