公寓比较方便，设施齐全，适合停留多天

位置远离城内，但还是有公交车可以抵达

酒店的设施非常的完善，而且价格很实惠，厨房里什么工具都有，居然连筷子和红酒开瓶器都有。哈，唯一不足的- 就是稍稍离火车站远了点。步行大概40分钟。

酒店到市中心各景点走走路就到了（当然佛洛伦萨本来就挺小的），我们住的是2室4人公寓，想当舒适，还有大- 阳台，楼下有宽敞的后院供你停车。

We stayed in an one bedroom apartment. Arrangement was excellent. Very clean room with elegant furnishing. The apartment had two balconies, which was nice. All staffs were very helpful, particularly the gentlemen who helped us with the check-in on the evening of our arrival.

Friendly staff, possibility to use of bicycles for touring the city

I've remained suprised of the realtion between the price and quality. The department is close to the train station and the city downtown.

It's the best choise for someone who wants to visit the city and arrived by car: a parking and 20 mn walk to the city center. The apartment is big and clean. The staff is very kind and they speak English and French.The price is correct.

The furniture's a little old,

Clean and comfortable apartment with balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Wifi free of charge. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk. Calm and relaxed atmosphere. Everything within walking distance.

5-10 mins walking distance from the railway station. Our apartment had 2 balconies and and It was much bigger than a hotel room.Staff was quiet friendly.

I wasnt expecting moquitos since it was still april and cold, but I had to kill 6-7 of them when I entered my room. Furniture is a bit too old, it needs renovation.

Great location! Safe and quick walk into Florence. Lots of nearby restaurants. Convenient private parking on site with plenty of spots. Very large room with separate living room and kitchen. Two balconies!

The noise from the street at night was very loud (cars and people). Bed was fairly hard.

The staffs, Sandra and Fernando were extremely helpful and courteous. They went the extra mile to meet our requirements and expectations of the rooms during our stay (additional blanket, water kettle and replaced light bulb). Fernando printed information and directions from the Internet for us to visit prada space and The mall which was very helpful. Overall, my family and I have a pleasant and memorable impression of Residence Porta Al Prato and will definitely stay there in our future visit. Mohd Zainal Singapore

The traffic noise in the evening was a bit annoying but we got use to it.

I like about its surrounding and the home like apartment. Fairly easy access to city center by public transportation or by walking. Fond of the way they divide the room, close together but still have privacies. Although looks old it is very clean.

- Electricity socket on the kitchen didn't work so we have to boil water in the living room. - the wifi is available but for some reason it didn't reach the high floors.
