Quiet neighborhood, ample space for car park. Well designed & spacious studio. Excellent room service. Reasonable price for Rome.
Little kitchen ware, no microwave or oven. No washing machine. 200+ channels of which one (only one!) English and one French. Public transport is fairly close (tram 500m, metro 700m, bus 120m)
Nice large room with aircondition, quiet location, near city center which is in walking distance of app 15-20 min. (i.e. Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Navona). Reception open 24 hours. Many nice coffe bars, restaurants and wine bars in the area. Staff very helpful and friendly. Parking in front of the building in reserved space, free of charge.
We liked everything.
Located in an elegant residential area, enjoy the stay like living there. Staff are friendly and flexible enough for the request.
Location; a quiet en green part of the city but very much within walking distance of bars, restaurants, landmarks, metro station and other must sees of the city. Friendly staff (24h occupation of the reception), very good knowledge of the English language. The lay-out and architecture of the building.
Poor wifi-connection. Small corridors, lift and hallways in the building. The kitchenette and its equipment is very limited (enough to make some coffee or boil some water, but not more than that).
This Hotel was in a lovely location, away from the hustle and bustle but only a 5 min walk to the metro, fabulous ice cream parlour up the road and great value for money restaurants. The staff were absolutely fab and having a balcony was great.
I can't find anything bad
The people at all levels.
The presence of a step in the middle of the room. We are an old couple (84 and 85 years old) and this was a real drawback.
Good location ( we walked back from Borghese Gardens in 20 minutes). It's in a safe quiet leafy neighbourhood. A few eateries and a supermarket nearby. Free parking and good free wifi signal. Pleasant and helpful staff.
An electric jug and toaster are needed. Perhaps a (shared) washing machine and dryer would have been handy. No nightlife; streets are safe but a bit boring after dark in this residential area.
Ease of access 24-7 front desk
Wifi is very slow & had to be re-set a number of times. Fine if you're on holiday but I was using the accommodation for work, so it was quite difficult.
The location is in a beautiful neighborhood...very quiet. The terrace is very lovely and a nice addition to the apartment.
Sofa bed was horrific...my son left to sleep at his brother's apartment because it was so bad.
TERRIBLE,just terrible, we were overcharged in order to keep up with booking.com's commission...we were told, we were charged 9% extra to "share" the commission with the owner...i am not sure this is a normal practice, anyway the place didn't have internet, was dirty, but dirty like it was clear that the place was empty for sometime and no one cleaned before we came, maybe it was cleaned when previous guest left...no AC. i suggest you to book another place if you have alternatives. don't make my mistake.
We enjoyed the beautiful neighborhood which had access to a grocery store and several small cafés. Close by there was public transportation and a busier section of the Prati neighborhood. It was only a short taxi ride to many of the main sites. Having a small kitchenette was good as we were traveling with young children.
The bedding was not very comfortable, esp the too hard pillows. The electricity constantly went out in the evenings leaving us in the dark with small children in the bathtub.
Comfortable, maintained Appartment, friendly staff, supermarket right around the corner, free parking in front of the building
A bit of a walk to all the main sights
Out of the beaten (tourist) track. Feels local, in the sense of finding the market, transfer, mingle with state workers' coffee, grocery. Safe and comfortable.
As this is a residence, they should provide facilities for cleaning dishes. The place is a bit outdated in furniture… yet, very fine. It is their theme, maybe.
Res Prati was very clean and convienient for the centre > just hop on a No 30 or 130 bus at Lepanto metro. Staff were very courteous and the facilities were adequate. The room was facing the back which made it quiet but didn't really get any sun on the balcony. Supermarket 25m away and lots of restaurants within 5/10 mins. Very pleasant stay.
The beds were very firm and we are used to softer beds. We used the sofa bed which had a softer mattress.
Big room, at a very good Price, close to the center but not in it
Fantastic staff & location is in a quiet and elegant area of Rome, away from the tourists crowds. But still very close walking distance to all the major tourists attractions. Lovely street with lots of parkings available, which is not easy to find in Rome usually.
Helpful and pleasant staff, including the lovely cleaners. Decent size of room. Balcony, with plants. Big windows with sun streaming in. Quiet. Nice family run restaurant and an excellent forno and a supermarket very near. It is a bit out of the way, but if you like walking , then fine.
There is no iron available. Would not like to be there longer than my two weeks, as I like to cook and there is no oven or microwave. You cannot just pop out into the centro storico, as it is a bit too far.
Helpful front desk staff. Cleanliness Great neighborhood small kitchen
Comfortable, quiet and well-run apartments; 10 mins walk from Lepanto metro station and so very convenient for city centre, the Vatican and Stazione Termini. Nice choice of restaurants nearby.
The location is a little bit distant from the main attractions, however the peaceful and picturesque neighborhood offers a wonderful experience of the local life. There is a Carrefour Express right acorss the street and a nice restaurant a block away, which makes the stay extremely convenient. And the metro station is not far, about 8~10 minutes' slow walk. The staff are very accommodating and informative. The appartment is just spaceful and clean despite the somewhat outdated furnishing. It's good value for money.
Time limit for check-out is 11:00, a bit early, and is inflexible.
The hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood, a little far from the main attractions but served by metro and bus. Our room was more like a small apartment. The bathroom was large and the shower was strong. We recommend this hotel for longer stays ( 3-4 days ) as it gives you good living space. The staff is very efficient and friendly.
Not much. We liked it
The room is very spacious having a living room a kitchenette a bathroom with a large tub and a comfortable bedroom area. The hotel is in an area of the city that is friendly with easy access to public transportation.
I stayed there for 6 days and every day The maid would open the window blinds during her cleaning. I had remember to close them every evening. Beware of pickpockets I had my wallet taken from my cargo pant pocket at the termini on my last day in Rome.
Location in the most amazing and quiet district of Roma Prati- Mazzini. No tourists, no street noise, beautiful buildings around, nearby Vaticano, Villa Borghese, Piazza del Popolo. Large area rooms with kitchen, being everyday cleaned. Nice staff.
Linen was changed once a week. Noise from trash machine from the street early in the morning. No electric teapot.
Location quiet area Shop, Restaurants & Bars close by. within walking distance to Metro Room cleaned each day. Staff very helpful and pleasant
No electric kettle
Wonderful style close to amenities and quiet
